I must admit that I wasn't keen on the idea of "dealing with a dealer," but my recent experience with Kerry Toyota was quite a pleasant surprise. I'm especially appreciative of Justin Miley (Sales), as he assisted me with test drives on several different days and, ultimately, with my purchase. He was patient, friendly, positive, hard-working, responsive, and respectful. I would gladly buy another car from him, and will encourage others to do so! Jeremy Schmidt (Finance Manager) was also very kind and thorough during the signing/financing process, which alleviated much of my anxiety about wrapping up the final details. We were so suprised by how friendly the car salesman was. He was a great listener, he didnt try to tell me what to buy, or how much I could afford, or what I like. He listened to me and my husband and showed us what we wanted to see. He didnt pressure us. I was so thankful. I expected to be harassed, pushed and manipulated. But instead I felt respected and listened to.When we first arrived the salesman asked if we needed any help, and I said no. He left us alone and waited for us to come to him. He actually let us look without bugging us!When we had chosen the vehicle we wanted, we sat down and spoke with the manager, who was a great listener, not pushy and very very helpful. He worked with us and did anything he could to accomodate us. They offer the most amazing deal with a bumper to bumper warrenty up to 100,00 miles! Plus, two free years of oil changes and tire rotation. Plus, lifetime powertrain warranty (which covers the engine and transmission)!! We had gone to a Chevy dealer and they let us look at a similar vehicle but it was used, had 30.000 miles, and nothing fancy, it was only 3.000 dollars less than the BRAND NEW 2012 Toyota we just bought! Thank you Kerry Toyota for treating us like human beings and for offering so much more than we could ask for at a dealership. You go above and beyond. We will be customers for life. More
Went to Kerry Online and filled out a auto trader form for guaranteed trade in price. Sent form, received a call from TR Miller, who stated it was received. Trade in for a 2012 Sienna. Showed up dealer for guaranteed trade in price. Sent form, received a call from TR Miller, who stated it was received. Trade in for a 2012 Sienna. Showed up dealership, informed that TR was not working and assisted by someone else. After providing the whole story and arrangements for walking in to trade vehicle and buy Sienna.... Spent an hour and a half. To end up with back and forth numbers....price offered on trade was $2000 below auto trader/kerry guarantee......This appeared to be a gimmick to draw you in via internet and email. Be aware. Thats the whole reason I went this route, busy life and family, didnt want the games that I ended up getting. So, WASTE OF TIME. End result was sticker price on Sienna and huge loss on trade. Interesting about six years ago, I went to Kerry to buy a Camry...ended up buying hour away in Cincinnati....Guess I'm heading same place this weekend- hour away. More

Michael Griese and the entire Toyota Dealership staff were outstanding to work with. Mike was very professional and helpful while not pressuring me on this purchase. He provided several different leasing and financing options for both 2011 and 2012 Toyota Highlanders. They were friendly to my children which I appreciated. He even called Sirius for me to find out how we could get satellite TV on the Toyoda entertainment system. The Finance Manager was very helpful too. As a woman purchasing a car I appreciate how professional they were. They got the entertainment system installed in only 2-3 days so I could have the new car for a weekend trip. More

I loved this....It was so much nicer than having a sales person in the back seat telling me about how much he wanted my business. I remember coming to Kerry 10 years ago. At that time I got the hard sales push, with the sales man asking "Can I get your business today", before we discussed price or payments. I did not by a car from Kerry at that time. The experience I had today with Tommy Lubrecht was delightful. I actually had fun buying my beautiful "new used" Corolla. In my 41 years of driving and buying cars I have never had such a good experience. I bought the 2 year oil change package, and I hope the maintenance people are as nice as Tommy. Test drove a Corolla on Sunday, came back on Monday to purchase one. Tossed around between 2 sales representatives and a manager. After 2 hours the 3rd sales rep finally told me the price of the car was t purchase one. Tossed around between 2 sales representatives and a manager. I have owned Hondas for the last 20 years, purcased a 2010 Camry 2 years ago, was ready to buy a Corolla this year and a Sienna in 2 more years. I'll be taking my business back to Honda. More

Anyways, he came up with my 2010 Toyolla Corolla S, and its Blue and black interier. Oh my gosh, by far my most favorite and least expensive car I've ever had the priveledge to own in my life! I wanted to let others know of his amzing capability to work with people and make sure he provides the best experience for you. I would go back to Toyota only because of him. I want you to know Mike I was amazed with how you were able to put me in my perfect car. I love my car and I want to thankyou for ALL you help in making this purchase the best EVER!!! :) More
