One of the best dealerships I have been to. Justin is one of the best dealers we have dealt with he is straight and to the point doesn't try to trick you into anything, he makes sure when you leave that you have the best experience and you leave with what you need and more. Justin is one in a few people that you meet in life that actually loves and does his just, which is helping the customer! Couldn't have had a better experience. Come tax time I know where I'm going for my next vehicle. More
For Kerry Toyota in Florence, my review/report is all positive. A Toyota Tundra, owned and operated by Kerry Toyota, crashed into and almost destroyed my 2010 Prius...borderline "total". Kerry Toyota management was concerned, arranged to have my Prius restored to pristine condition at their Collision Center, provided me with a 2014 Camry, free of charge, during the 6 weeks needed to rebuild my Prius. When I expressed concern about the "diminished value", they provided a replacement Prius, one year newer and with 15,000 less miles. WOW...a car dealership you can trust and with integrity. H. Test drove a 2005 Dodge Ram, everything sounded good and felt good. Proceeded to purchase the truck, 2 days later the Wheel bearing went out. They fixed the wheel bearing, but a few days later the check eng felt good. Proceeded to purchase the truck, 2 days later the Wheel bearing went out. They fixed the wheel bearing, but a few days later the check engine light came on and I was told the catalytic converter was shot and I was getting under 10m/gallon. Given that my tech told me the issue had been cleared out of the computer multiple times, I believe the issue was known by the dealer and not disclosed before my purchase. Kerry Toyota has refused to offer any assistance in making the repair that will cost $600.00+ just in parts. I do not recommend shopping Kerry Toyota. More
I purchased a new Toyota Avalon only to find the car had body damaged. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was parked in a place that the damage was not noticeable. It had a 4" gash on the back door. It was thro body damaged. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was parked in a place that the damage was not noticeable. It had a 4" gash on the back door. It was through the paint and metal and indented. Also, the stereo speaker was damaged and the seat was broken. I was told by the dealership, that no one knew the vehicle was damaged. I have a new car that has been painted and has had body work. The seat has been out twice before they got it fixed. When I picked the car up from being painted the exterior was covered in overspray and the interior was covered with dust from the body shop. They had my car a total of 19 days to fix these damages. A new car should never be delivered in this condition. The car had been washed so someone had to know the car was damaged. I do not feel like I have a new car. I expressed my displeasure to the dealership and their response was we fixed your car. This is unacceptable!!! When you purchase a new car it should be free from blemishes. You should never be sold a damaged car, if it is being sold as "NEW". I think the time it took to repair these issues is unreasonable. I gave this dealership poor rating mainly because I bought a "new" car that was in a "used" car condition. Would never recommend this dealer to anyone and I will never return their again. More

Upon arriving, I was greeted in the parking lot within seconds and immediately directed to the car I was interested in buying. I worked with Moe and he did an amazing job of answering every question I had, giving me a variety of options and did not pressure me to make a decision. Despite Moe missing his lunch break and me starving him, he stuck it out, was very friendly and helped me the whole time. I was offered a fair price on my car and love my new Rav 4. I recommend using Kerry Toyota and had a great experience. More

The first place I shopped was Dry Ridge Toyota, I will not comment on that experience other than to say I did not buy there! Next I will continue about Kerry Toyota,the reception that I got there was like no other experience that I have had at any other car dealership,everyone is very friendly yet not pushy, also the employees went out of their way to make you feel welcome,I could go on and on about this but I would just recommend to you if you are looking for any type of vehicle ,you should give them a chance,ask for Elvis he'll get things going and then Reggie and Dustin will wrap things up for you,this is my first Toyota and the FJ Cruiser is the real reason for going to aToyota product,it fits my exact need considering where I live .I have always driven GM products but found the need to go to another manufacturer ,due to the need for a vehicle that I thought I could get more service and dependability from.When I went to pick up my FJ it was sitting in it's own little show room and was shining like a new silver dollar.had a tank full of gas and Elvis covered everything that I needed to know before I left .I am very pleased. In January I went to Kerry Toyota for a used Toyota. Dutch, the salesman could not have been any nicer and helpful. After 6 hours of trying out cars , I decided on a Sienna....Dutch turned it over to Mr Dutch, the salesman could not have been any nicer and helpful. After 6 hours of trying out cars , I decided on a Sienna....Dutch turned it over to Mr .Miller who thinks he looks like Burt Reynolds. They quoted me a fair price for trading in my car and Miller starts the pressure sale.....I kept asking what the bottom dollar would be for the Sienna and he kept telling me what my payments would be instead....I told him I would think it over and he said there is an 88% chance they can close on me now and only 20% if I leave and I can't leave because the finance person is staying until the deal is done. After more pressure I said to him ' You are killing this deal' to which he shook my hand , gave me one of those ' looks' ( xxxx) and walked away. I walked out frustrated and mad , and then realized they had my keys...As Mr Miller was driving off I yelled 'I don't have my keys ' and he just ignored me and asked Dutch who was standing behind me if he had remembered to clock out. I told Dutch I didn't have my keys , he said 'they must have locked them in the vault' and went back in and got them for me. I am 60 years old ,bought many a car and NEVER NEVER been treated like that.The good news is I know what Kerry Toyota REALLY thinks of their customers. More

In spite of the fact that automobile repairs are bothersome and costly, Greg projects a professional and sincere demeanor that inspires confidence. Because of Greg, I have recommended the service department in Covington to others who are now customers and will continue to do so as long as he is in that position. Earlier this year I purchased a new car from a different dealership and thought I was happy with my decision. Months went by and I began regretting my decision and felt that I settled for something that was dealership and thought I was happy with my decision. Months went by and I began regretting my decision and felt that I settled for something that wasn’t quite what I wanted. I went into Kerry Toyota and talked to Brandon who was very nice and patient. I told him that I was looking to trade in my car for a Camry and he began to explain some of the different trims available and features that came with each. A week and a half later I went back and spoke to Brandon again when I decided to proceed with trading my car in for a new Camry. I decided on the car I thought I would be happy with since the exact one I had in mind was hard to come by. Aaron and Brandon started working on a price with me and were great throughout the entire process. I thought that I yet again settled for something other than what I wanted. This was nobody’s fault but mine. I called Aaron back and expressed my concerns. When I went back Brandon wasn’t there, but Aaron was and provided an option to change what I wanted about that car I selected and have it done after-market, which I was not crazy about. I voiced my concerns after his suggestion and with that he grabbed the keys to a different car that I didn’t know was available until after I selected the first Camry. He showed me the Blizzard Pearl Camry SE Limited Edition which I fell in love with. I was hesitant because it was the same color as my Mom’s new RAV4. That was “her color” and I didn’t want to take that away from her. I couldn’t decide between that color and black. Aaron asked me to forget worrying about it being the same color and which color I really wanted. Both Brandon and Aaron were awesome, but I really appreciate Aaron working with me and dealing with my indecisiveness! If you are in the market for a new car you should definitely visit these guys up at Kerry Toyota in Florence! Thanks guys! More
