I bought a new Camry from Kerry Toyota over the weekend and the experience could not have been better. I called Mike Burton in advance to tell him what I was interested in and he met me and showed me a wid and the experience could not have been better. He told be all about the cars and expalined the differences and he answered all of my questions. When it came time to negotiate a price, he gave me an excellent deal. I know I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. Mike and Bruce and Jim went over the paperwork and offered additional services. They carefully described the services and explained the costs. We wound up buying the sealant protection and maintainance upgrade. I'm glad i did. I definitely recommend Mike Burton and Kerry. Incidentally, I've been a long standing customer of Kerry Service (35 years( and I recommend them too. I always get great service at fair prices and like Mike Burton, Greg and Mike and the other foks at Kerry Service all treat me like I'm an important customer and they treat all of their customers that way. We were prepared for the typical car purchase: heavy pressure, numbers-rigamarole. We were very pleasantly surprised at the more straightforward sales experience we had. The folks at Kerry Toyota are very customer service satisfaction oriented. They are very approachable, friendly people. This is the second car I have purchased from them and it probably won't be the l satisfaction oriented. They are very approachable, friendly people. This is the second car I have purchased from them and it probably won't be the last. My first experience with them is what brought me back. I truly feel I have gotten a fair deal. The service department at Kerry is extraordinary and exception. Moe Shehadeh, my salesman, came out immediately to ask if I needed help and assisted me in choosing my car. After the purchase and at delivery, he thoroughly went over everything on the Prius and made sure I understood everything before I drove away. Bruce Selnick worked with me to give me the price and payment that were within my budget. Dustin Robinson, who closed the deal and went over all the paper work was also very friendly and explained everything in detail. Over the past two years I have had my car serviced at Kerry and have never had a negative experience, always positive. When I find a company that I like and gives great customer service like Kerry, I stick with them. Good customer service is difficult to find these days and when I find it I truly appreciate it. More

This is the 3rd car I have leased from Kerry Toyota. The salesmen have always been friendly and knowledgeable. However, I don't enjoy the "negotiating", but I guess that's part of the process. The three individuals we worked with for the purchase of our RAV4 and Tacoma Truck were very professional in answering our questions, providing the ability to test drive the vehicles. They worked diligently to get the price of the vehicles in the price range we were comfortable with and allowed us to make the decision to purchase the two vehicles. Mike made sure I knew where the coffee machine was and made my wife and myself feel comfortable and not under any pressure to make a decision on the spot. We were about two weeks in working through our purchase of the RAV4 and several days on the Tacoma. As a dealership I think they worked hard to make sure we were treated as a valued customer. More
Throughout the years I've purchased several vehicles and never had a car buying experience such as this one. If every salesman were like Mike, people wouldn't have negative opinions and fear the process of never had a car buying experience such as this one. Mike was more than personnable and attentive to every need I had when considering a vehicle. His knowledge of the product far surpassed every other salesman I had spoken with at several other dealerships before visiting Kerry Toyota. Not to mention that a salesman that owns the same vehicle I was purchasing is very reassuring that I was making a wise purchase. The Toyota brand speaks for itself but Mike took that name to new levels in my book. Loved the experience, love my new vehicle! I felt Dutch was a very professional sales man, and I told him out of the gate what I needed in a used car. He knew the type of car I was looking for, and he didn't waste my time or his doing so. Within in a 45 day period, he e-mailed 3 different times with all the specs of all the cars that he thought that would fit my needs, and on the last e-mail he sent me, that was the one I bought. For over 45 days I’ve worked with 9 different used car dealerships in the Greater Cincinnati area, and Kerry Toyota in Florence, got my business. I recommended if you are looking for a Toyota, give these guys and gals a chance, because I’m sure your be happy with their service. More
