I am sorry you had so much trouble while trying to have the trim piece on your truck replaced. Due to the vehicle being under warranty, there is a process we have to follow to ensure the coverage, so you are not responsible for any charges. We are not able to order the part until a technician inspects the car and can determine the point of failure. At that time, we are able to order the part and have it installed.
