I went to Kerry Toyota in Florence, Ky. to look at their Camrys ....It was the first place I was stopping to look on a long list of dealerships. I was expecting to get swarmed by salesman, but I was quite please to be be approached a few minutes after I looked around by one salesman, a gentleman named Brad Simpson. Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me find exactly what I want and answered every question I had. I bought a Camry that is the best car I have ever owned, I couldn't be more happy. I usually don't take the time to write any reviews, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to spread the word about such a great experience. More

Very pleasant buying experience I went to Kerry Saturday afternoon with the intent of not leaving the lot without a 4x4 SUV. Salesman Brad Simpson met me on the lot and we started narrowing down the choices from their inventory. He gladly allowed me to test drive four different models of SUV before I decided on my vehicle of choice. Negotiations began and within 1 hour I was behind the wheel. From beginning to end the sales staff were knowledgeable and courteous. There was no "going back and forth on price many times" as some dealerships do. Overall, a great buying experience on my dream vehicle!!!!! More

Meeting Fantastic People I had called Jake Sweeney West Mazda and was left feeling like they really didn't want my business. My wife and I went to the store and she suggested I had called Jake Sweeney West Mazda and was left feeling like they really didn't want my business. My wife and I went to the store and she suggested that we look on the lot of Kerry Toyota Certified use cars. When we pulled up we were greeted by Brad Simpson. He was not pushy or aggressive, He simply asked what we were looking for. I explained what type of car we were looking for and our price range. Brad new the stock he had on the lot. He also knew the prices and mileage that fell into our range. My wife fell in love with one of the selections he showed us. It was clean and right what we were looking for. He got us the keys and we were off for a test drive. When we got back Brad set down and discussed with us the options we have and what he may be able to do. Within 3 hours my wife was driving off the lot with a 2012 Camry. Brain and the finance manager were professional and made us feel important and that they wanted our business. This is genuinely the first time I have left a car lot feeling like this is a win/win deal. FANTASTIC People work at Kerry Toyota and I will send everyone I know there. More
