Hoping to not get the typical hounding from sales people, we were comfortable from the start. So comfortable in fact, we decided to start and finish our search at Kerry Toyota. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! After my Jeep was totaled, I was under so much stress to make a quick decision on a new vehicle. I was really torn between a car at Kerry Mazda and a new Toyota matching my rental car. ( Jon was amazing!!! He made it really hard to walk away without that Mazda3! ) But then I went to Kerry Toyota and fell in love with a red Corolla S Plus. Mike Fayson was so knowledgeable and patient. He made the entire process simple. I never felt pressured or rushed. He explained all of the benefits Kerry Toyota offers their customers and the best part was he did never said anything negative about Mazda to get me to buy a Toyota. He just sold me on the car, the company and the customer service. If it had not been for Mike, I would be driving a vehicle that really wasn't the right fit for my family. I love my new Corolla! Mix Feeling Had a lot of issues when i first bought my car. I had to go to the lengths of posting reviews to get them to fixing my car I didnt have it for one who Had a lot of issues when i first bought my car. I had to go to the lengths of posting reviews to get them to fixing my car I didnt have it for one whole day before stuff started falling down hill. Once the reviews got out there and they seen them is when they called me in to talk about gettin my car fixed. All the isuuse of my car got fixed and they even put me in a rental car for a week. It was just sad that I had to go to the internet posting reviews about my exprience with the company. John and Brad where great saleperson they had provide me with he best information I think they can. Bottom line is they did fix everything but was a hassel at first. If u plan on buying a car from them i would recommend going to a garage and getting the vehicle checked out. I WOULD ASK TO SEE THE OPT OUT REPORT!! This is where they decide what they did and didnt fix. More

Excellent I went to Kerry Toyota to test drive a used 2011 prius and loved it so much but I honestly wasn't planning on buying anything. Quick & Easy I am a returning customer to this specific dealership, and as long as I am driving a Toyota this is the dealership that will get my business! I had an idea of the car I wanted going in, but they did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot. They found it within a couple days and had it ready for me within an hour of the car arriving at the dealership! Once I arrived to pick up the car all my paperwork was ready! Jacob Jackson had everything ready to go! I was only in his office a few minutes and he had me on my way. My favorite sales guy Mike Fayson made the decision process so easy when it came to picking out my car. He helped me with picking out everything that made my new Rav 4 the best car I have ever purchased! He was actually supposed to be leaving for the day and sat with me in my car and showed me how to work everything for over a half hour! Thanks again guys! More
