I had an idea of the car I wanted going in, but they did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot. They found it within a couple days and had it ready for me within an hour of the car arriving at the dealership! Once I arrived to pick up the car all my paperwork was ready! Jacob Jackson had everything ready to go! I was only in his office a few minutes and he had me on my way. My favorite sales guy Mike Fayson made the decision process so easy when it came to picking out my car. He helped me with picking out everything that made my new Rav 4 the best car I have ever purchased! He was actually supposed to be leaving for the day and sat with me in my car and showed me how to work everything for over a half hour! Thanks again guys! More
