So I was skeptical when I saw the car I w The only place I had ever purchased a car in Cincinnati was at Honda East, which is a no-haggle dealership. So I was skeptical when I saw the car I wanted at Kerry Florence. I had tried to find out information about similar vehicles at other dealerships, and it amazed me how many sales people never returned my calls or emails. It was as if no one wanted to sell cars! But then I inquired about this vehicle at Kerry, and Daniel Stern replied right away and was helpful, upfront, and honest. I went to check out the car, and although I did have to go through the traditional hoops of multiple managers coming out to talk to me and negotiating behind the scenes, it was fair, smooth and quick. We agreed on a price that I felt good about, and it was not an overly taxing process. If Daniel had not been so wonderful about communicating with me, I would never have gone in to check out the car, but thanks to him, I did, and I left 2 hours later with a great car at a great price! More
