Katie, We apologize you are unhappy with your recent lease turn in. The charges you have received are from Toyota directly and do not involve Kerry Toyota. We have reached out to Toyota and requested they review all records/recordings and signed documents regarding the lease turn in procedures (i.e. signed documentation stating all equipment must be returned at time of lease turn in). Kerry Toyota has no control or say over what bill you receive and do not do the inspections. Only Toyota handles this. As far as service, we have strict guidelines that must be followed for the safety of our customers. We will not patch a tire that does not meet these safety requirements. Unfortunately, your tire did not and we will not comprise our standards or our customer's safety to earn business. Kindest Regards, Beth Hamilton
