So I was skeptical when I saw the car I w The only place I had ever purchased a car in Cincinnati was at Honda East, which is a no-haggle dealership. So I was skeptical when I saw the car I wanted at Kerry Florence. I had tried to find out information about similar vehicles at other dealerships, and it amazed me how many sales people never returned my calls or emails. It was as if no one wanted to sell cars! But then I inquired about this vehicle at Kerry, and Daniel Stern replied right away and was helpful, upfront, and honest. I went to check out the car, and although I did have to go through the traditional hoops of multiple managers coming out to talk to me and negotiating behind the scenes, it was fair, smooth and quick. We agreed on a price that I felt good about, and it was not an overly taxing process. If Daniel had not been so wonderful about communicating with me, I would never have gone in to check out the car, but thanks to him, I did, and I left 2 hours later with a great car at a great price! More

Gave an inflated taxes and "out the door" fees Overestimated taxes and document fees/registration by $685. Then came up with his fictitious number and added it to the sales price. Beware of this little scam. More

Horrible experience Really tight with their warranty. I bought my vehicle not even a year ago and it was making a weird noise when i would start it. I had them check it out 2 months after i bought it and they said nothing was wrong. I had to go get it inspected somewhere else to figure out what was wrong. Kerry Toyota charged me to even look at my car a week ago, which should have still been under warranty. Customer service was very rude and disrespectful to me. Would not recommend even my worst enemy to buy a car from here! More

From the minute he came up and asked if he could help me and shook my hand he made me feel so comfortable, he was so nice, so polite and very accommodating. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. He explained everything to me in detail! He went out and got the exact vehicle that I described to him. Brought it up and let me test drive it. Answered all of my questions and explain things I didn't even ask. If everyone in Customer Service loved their job as much as he does life would be much easier for everyone!!! Last Saturday was my lucky day!!! Love my new RAV4!!! More
