I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your vehicle. Kerry Toyota inspects all of our vehicles before selling them. You are going off of the Carfax report for the oil change records. When we inspected this vehicle and completed the oil change, the old oil was fine and it was obvious it was changed in between the changes listed on Carfax. If there had been 50,000 miles between services, the oil would have had sludge which was not found.

i understand that your saying you believe it was changed but me as a customer is looking at the documents, honestly if you would have looked into this and saw if their were actually records of maintence and regular oil changes that were not reported on the car fax and the dings that were on the car and the paint on the trunk/ hatch tellsa me it was in a minor accident which was not reported
