I needed to drive to from Minneapolis to Cincinnati for my father's health issues. While I was there, my car would not start. I had a neighbor trickle charge my battery to see if we could get it to start. my father's health issues. While I was there, my car would not start. I had a neighbor trickle charge my battery to see if we could get it to start. It was a Saturday, and I really needed my car to operate. I called Kerry Toyota. One of the employees said they were booked full, but she put me through to Greg Siegmundt. I explained my situation, and he advised if I could get the car started, he would work me in if I could get it there before 200pm. The trickle charge worked, but we didn't know if the alternator was also involved. I was very worried since the alternators were on back order for 5-10 days. I would not be able to stay another 5-10 days waiting for the part. I took it out to Kerry Toyota. Greg and the other employees couldn't have been nicer to me. They could see I was very distressed. I take care of my 87 year old neighbor in Minnesota, so I really needed to head back by Wednesday. I told Greg I didn't know if it was a battery I needed or if the alternator was involved. He told me that I probably would not have made it to the dealership if there was a problem with the alternator. He said he would check it just in case since I had to drive 750 miles back to Minnesota on my own. So many people, especially car repair places, would take advantage of the situation. They will try to get more money by saying something is wrong when it is not true. I have had this happen to me more than once. Once the battery was changed, there was nothing else wrong. Greg reassured me the alternator was fine. He also applied a 25.00 discount to my bill. I thought that was really nice he did that for me. Also, I asked about jump starting my car since someone told me that jumpstarting my car could lead to computer and electrical issues. Greg confirmed that was correct and only to use a jumper box not jumper cables. He turned a very stressful situation into a happy outcome. I cannot tell you how much I value his honestly and integrity and empathy for my situation. I have had so many bad experiences with companies, especially since Covid. There is just not much customer service anymore. The customer service at Kerry Toyota was outstanding. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants an honest assessment of their vehicles problems. We don't know much about the dealers or service centers in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, but my husband purchased parts at Kerry Toyota, and he took his Nissan truck to Kerry Nissan for repair information last year. He had a good experience with both, so we decided to take my Toyota to Kerry Toyota for a battery and make sure nothing else was wrong. I am very glad I put my trust in Greg at Kerry Toyota. More

I had noticed an error on the financing of the new vehicle (2021 4Runner) that I purchased on Friday December 11th, 2020. I paid $2,000 that never came off the amount financed. I also called the office twice today, once leaving a message and the other no one answered. This is extremely frustrating and I feel I am being taken advantage of. More
Worst experience!! DO NOT BUY FROM KERRY. 1) Salesman had no idea what he was talking about when it came to the third row and child safety seats. 2) Windshield was scratched took 3 weeks to get them to fix i no idea what he was talking about when it came to the third row and child safety seats. 2) Windshield was scratched took 3 weeks to get them to fix it. I had to call every time NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. 3) License plate huge mess still trying to get them to send my plate back. 4) Title, good luck!!! 6 weeks since I bought car and I’m still waiting. Everyone I have spoke with blames Corona virus for delays. Funny how the finance department was able to get my loan approved in minutes and then get the money from my bank. No Corona delay there. Once they have their money good luck getting any help. I left messages and emails for the GM Chris he is yet to reply or have anyone reply for him!!! 6 WEEKS!!! More
