SERVICE VISIT

I went in for a oil change, tire rotation and clean the hybrid battery filter (20,000 mile service). I was told 'about a hour'. It ended up nearly two hours. When I went in, all 4 tires were at 34-35psi. N hybrid battery filter (20,000 mile service). I was told 'about a hour'. It ended up nearly two hours. When I went in, all 4 tires were at 34-35psi. Now my front are down to 33 and the rear are at 37. Why? I will correct this issue myself. But it should not be that way. Overall, pretty poor service this time. More
