SERVICE VISIT

Kerry does good work however the last 3 or 4 service calls, I never received a call to let me know that the service was complete. On 2 of these occasions, I have had to wait until the following morning calls, I never received a call to let me know that the service was complete. On 2 of these occasions, I have had to wait until the following morning to get my vehicle as they close at 6pm and it was too late for me to pick it up. Very frustrating . More

I have mentioned each time over the last several service calls that I never got the call that the work was done and each subsequent visit, I still never got a call. So you’ll pardon my skepticism on whether I’ll get a call next time. But I will come back again for one more opportunity to see if this actually improves or not. Thanks
