I have a 20 year old car and the power steering rack had to be replaced. They worked with me to get a new one delivered in a couple days instead of 2 weeks. Because the car was so old, it took extra time to to be replaced. They worked with me to get a new one delivered in a couple days instead of 2 weeks.
