SERVICE VISIT

Oil change, tire rotation, and completion of a recall was the work completed. I scheduled the appointment myself. My wife dropped the car off for overnight so maintenance would be done first thing in the m the work completed. I scheduled the appointment myself. My wife dropped the car off for overnight so maintenance would be done first thing in the morning. The guy that accepted the car told my wife no oil change was needed and told her to cancel the oil change. After investigation the car was over 400 miles past oil change requirement. I had to call and reschedule a oil change because of the incompetent Toyota worker that accepted the vehicle. Huge thing out west is complimentary car wash after service. Are these dealerships to cheap in KY and OH for this action? More
