Took my 2014 Venza in to be checked out cause it seemed to be burning oil. Also had a recall that needed to be done. They told me the diagnostic would be $169. I said not to do it but when I picked it up I was charged $169 plus a $50 misc fee. They couldn't tell me what it was for. Sounds like a way to make extra money off customers. Also afterwards I researched my vehicle and evidently when mileage gets over 100k it is common so just check oil level on regular basis. They could have told me that and not scare me by saying I need a new engine. I would never take a vehicle there again or purchase from them. More

They lie about the discounts and leave you hanging if u go against anything they say. I wondered why they even have such a high rating while their customer service is terrible!!
