"Sales and Service Reign Supreme" I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from Kerry Ford. I was treated like a queen today when Greg Lee, James Ashurst, Jerry and Brett came to my rescue. I visited Kerry Ford in the service department where I ran into a bit of a snag and needed additional help. Jerry in service was quite accommodating and very pleasant. Greg and James in the sales department immediately addressed my issue. Brett, the service technician, stayed longer to fix my car and was informative about the repairs. Their customer service, quick wit and desire to address my issue reigned supreme. Greg, James, Jerry and Brett I truly appreciate you and the great experience I had at the dealership! I would highly recommend Kerry Ford. More
Service Department So I take mar car in to repair a window. I have an older Explorer - the rear glass hinges failed, so the window was 'off' and laying down in the back. The window was in tact - just not attached. I leave. When they tell me the price, I decline to have the work done. In the mean time (between dropping the car off and communicating that I will not have them do the work), it snowed about 5 inches. There was no effort at all to seal off the car. I had a nice load of snow and water in the passenger compartment. They didnt even bother to close the open moon roof. I dont expect them to wash or take great care of a car on the lot that is not theirs - but I do expect them to make some apparent effort to make anyone come there again. I'm excited about the new Explorer due to be announced any day now - but wont be going to Kerry for it. More

I got a unreal deal on my new 2014 Fusion and the salesman did all they could to make sure I felt good about my decision and trusting them. I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle at Kerry Ford and couldn't thank them enough for such a great experience and car. More
Worth buying from I am simply shocked that I was treated like royalty from the time I walked in to the time I received a call from my salesman. When your buying a $30, I am simply shocked that I was treated like royalty from the time I walked in to the time I received a call from my salesman. When your buying a $30,940 car that's a lot of money to spend, im sure there are a lot more expensive cars out there but I was handled like i was family. I will be letting everyone know about my great experience i had at the dealership. More

However, don't waste your time with the online sales staff..Just go to the dealership if you are interested in a vehicle there- I found a new car I liked online and exchanged emails with an individual in the internet sales department. We agreed to terms and I said I would be driving in from out of town the following day to pick up the car and sign paperwork. The following morning, I confirmed via email that I was on my way and I would at the dealership within an hour to 1.5 hours. The internet salesman promptly replied and let me know that he would have everything ready and waiting. Long story short- I drive 2+ hours to the dealership only to find out from the online salesman that the car had been sold earlier that morning. We were then offered a similarly equipped vehicle in a different color, but it was not a color I was interested in. At this point, I assumed that we had fallen victim to the old bait and switch routine. We were sure to express our displeasure with the situation (understatement). However, it was soon apparent that the sales staff on the floor was just as upset with the online salesman for his shenanigans as we were (I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but see one of the above reviews- it mentions similar issues with the same online salesman). From that point on, everything went very smoothly. The sales manager was fantastic: he apologized and assured us that he would rectify the situation by finding us a vehicle we were happy with based on the numbers previously agreed upon. At this point, we were no longer working with the online salesman. Instead, we began working with a salesman named Titus. I can't say enough about what a great job he did. He defused the situation and salvaged the sale. He brought over the same model in a different trim (in the color I wanted), explained all of the features thoroughly and then we took the car for a test drive. Titus was very knowledgeable and, best of all, very straight-forward. He really was a pleasure to work with. In the end, we got a better deal than what we had originally agreed to online. The finance manager was personable, informative and thorough. My initial issues with the online sales dept. aside, the process was a pleasant one. I look forward to working with Kerry GMC again in the future. As I said at the start, skip the online sales dept and go to the dealership if you are interested in a vehicle there - AND ASK FOR TITUS! More
Jimmy was a very nice salesman. He met us at the door, walked us around the sales lot, and search for the car that I wanted. He searched on line for a car for me, but the car we drove home was sitting on walked us around the sales lot, and search for the car that I wanted. I was taken very good care of at Kerry Ford. Nicholas Keating was accomodating to what I needed. Forgive me, I dont remember his last name, but Jason, the sales manager, was very helpful as well. I had a deal over email with the internet sales person and decided to come down to purchase. Baroque Jacobs was the internet sales person and I had to deal with a different sales person who had no idea wh and decided to come down to purchase. Baroque Jacobs was the internet sales person and I had to deal with a different sales person who had no idea what kind of discussion we had so I had to restart from the scratch again. Baroque and his bosses just play numbers and showed absolutely no respect to the customer. I had the worst experience with them and recommend to avoid this dealership by all means. More
Jeff and I go back a bit, having worked together in the mortgage industry. I wasn't really in the market for a new car, but saw an online ad indicating some really great prices. Even though I didn't meet the eligibility requirements for that pricing, Jeff was able to put together an affordable deal on a new Taurus that has most of the toys I've ever wanted. The vehicle is gorgeous, the buying experience was relatively smooth, and I got a better finance rate than expected. Through my own fault, I forgot that I needed memory seats (I'm 6'1' and my wife is 5'2'); but, no big deal -- just have to make the necessary adjustments when we periodically trade cars. Jeff is a very personable sales person, and has the support of a great team. The manager, Jason helped make the numbers work, and convinced me to add a protection package that will have a long-term positive impact on my vehicle investment. Ron in the finance office was cool to work with, and Dave made using the advanced vehicle electronics a snap. I don't mind others making money, as long as I win, too; and, in this case, I got the car I wanted on very affordable terms. All in all, Jeff and his team at Kerry, put together a great deal and a great buying experience. I plan to recommend Jeff to all of my friends and coworkers! More
