Talked to them on Monday for 4 tires. Rep. said they were in stock and he would contact service dept to put hold on them. Clerk said he would go check on them reported they just arrived second xxxxxxxx. I ask how long was told 30 min 3 xxxxxxxx. Went back to pick car up 2 hours later to be told it would be just a minute checking the weights. 4th xxxxxxxx. Paid for tires left granddaughter there since it was just a couple minutes it was 40 min. Always got my tires at Ford never again. Will pay more to get them done timely. Ford used to do all my oil changes not for over a year. Quick lane is no longer dependable. Former unhappy customer. More

Josh Fisher met us at the door and asked the right questions to put us in exactly the car we wanted. He explained the car’s features and made good comparisons to previous cars we have owned that were questions to put us in exactly the car we wanted. I had my car towed in, had to call them to confirm they got it since the driver put my keys in the drop box instead of giving to a person, the dealership service rep walked the lot and found my car, she ca got it since the driver put my keys in the drop box instead of giving to a person, the dealership service rep walked the lot and found my car, she called back to confirm they had it and would look at it in 1 to 2 days because they were backed up. I waited 2 days and called them back to see what was going on. I explained I needed a loaner car do to an emergency in the family, sister going under hospice care, she said she would see what they could do and if it would be covered... I was called next day and they had a loaner car for me. I had loaner car a week and my car was ready. Alternator went out. While there they looked at a seatbelt issue and replaced the seatbelt retentioner as well...Car runs perfectly. KERRY FORD has always done well with my service on my explorer More
