Not a good experience!!! Found a used Chevy Colorado online and inquired about it. Adria was very responsive to me as far as getting back with me. She was the internet special Found a used Chevy Colorado online and inquired about it. Adria was very responsive to me as far as getting back with me. She was the internet specialist. Stopped by the dealership on my way back from Kentucky from a mini vacation. Looked at the truck and decided to by it. Seth was helpful. He got everything set up and it went to financing and then everything went down hill from there. Waited around 2 hours for financing to get a loan approved. The excuse I got, was the finance guy couldn't multi-task and it slipped his mind. After financing got worked out, then I had to wait another hour to sign everything. Seth kept apologizing and I kept calm. He said he was going to get the truck cleaned up and then fill it up with gas since I had to wait such a long time for everything. Finally got everything signed and Seth went and got the truck and brought it around and I noticed the gas wasn't filled up in it. I asked him about it and he said he would go and ask the manager. He came back out and had to go to the Ford dealership to get it approved since his manager already left. He told me to go up the road to the Shell gas station and he would meet me up there. He met me up there and he said he could only get $10 approved since it was a used truck. That's far from a fill-up. Needless to say, the rest I had to put in after I was promised a full tank. Drove the truck home, after we got home, I started checking it over in depth. I pulled the dipstick for the oil to see if it used any on the way home and I noticed that there was no oil registering on the dipstick. Yes, I should have checked it at the dealership but I received a Carfax from Seth and it stated that the truck was serviced on 5-13-19, so I trusted it was accurate. I was wrong. I had to add 3 quarts of oil to finally be able to read it on the dipstick. The oil was black as it could be. I change oil all the time, oil doesn't look black coming out of the jug unless there is new oil on the market that I don't know about that is black as black coming out of the jug. I also noticed the antifreeze over flow tank wasn't filled up to the line recommended by the manufacturer. So we added more antifreeze. I emailed Seth and he had his manager Bruce call me. Bruce said it was serviced but maybe they didn't add all of the oil that was required. He said if we wanted to bring it in, they would change the oil again and check over the motor and see if anything was damaged. Keep in mind, I live 1 hour and 15 minutes away. If all they are going to do is change the oil and just look at the engine from the outside and say everything is fine, I'm out even more money. I can change the oil myself and look at the engine as well. Why waste my time. So, I emailed Seth and ask him or someone to tell me how they were going to look at the engine and inspect for damage and asked if they were just going to change the oil and send me on my way. To inspect the engine for damage, you will have to look at the engine internally to inspect for damage. That would be the correct way. I know they will not go to that extreme. Haven't heard a thing back. The next morning after adding the oil and antifreeze, my son got in the truck to go to work. This is a truck for my son. He drove down the road and the check engine light comes on. He called me and I told him to go back home and hook it up to the computer. He hooks it up to the computer and finds a code for p0014-Cam position actuator B-Bank 1 Timing over Advance. I looked up the causes for that, oil level too low/old oil, faulty actuator. The other code that popped up was p0128 Coolant Temp below Thermostat regulating temp. Thermostat stuck open. I even told Seth about this and no response. I understand that I bought a used truck and signed a AS IS paper with no warranty. But a little more courteous gesture would go a long way. Only had it for 2 days. Choose wisely when dealing with Kerry. Wouldn't recommend!!! More

Excellent Service Department Wanted to specifically thank Pirt and Wes in the Service Department for going above and beyond in helping me out. I was travelling cross-country with Wanted to specifically thank Pirt and Wes in the Service Department for going above and beyond in helping me out. I was travelling cross-country with my 2017 F-350 Diesel and received a "low engine compression" warning on the dash. After stopping at another dealer, who had no diesel tech on duty, I pulled in to Kerry Ford Service Department without an appointment, and the necessity to be back on the road later that afternoon. After listening to what I had to say about the issue, and my necessity to be travelling soon, Pirt bent over backwards to help me out, under the assumption that it would be a quick check of the fuel system and a reset of the problem code. Wes jumped in and verified the fuel system was sound and cleared the code, then took a quick test drive to verify that all was good. Turns out that apparently some air made its way into the fuel system and caused this error code and the short term reduced performance. The entire vist was just under 2 hours, and I couldn't be more pleased with the attention to detail taken by Wes in tearing apart and reassembling the fuel system, as well as Pirt listening to what I had to say and asking exceptionally good leading questions to try to quickly diagnose the issue. I have been a Ford owner for over 30 years and i have to say that this experience with Pirt and Wes was one of the best, if not the best, I have ever experienced with the Service Department at a Delaer. Thank you. More
