Botched oil change Took my 2019 Edge in for the free oil change and tire rotation Monday August 26th. Used their quick lane service and they had me out of there in just over three hours. Did not drive the car much until Saturday. While on the highway we had a strong oil/gas odor.. I got hone popped the hood and discovered they had not put the oil cap on from the oil change. There was oil all over the entire and under the hood.. There was less than a quart of oil left. I called Kerry Ford. They would not bring me an Oil cap. They said my options were to drive it in to them or I could call a tow truck and have it towed in. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers there. After some back and forth he hung up on me.. My wife and I drove there in her escape. Gave me a loaner car, cap, and oil. Still waiting for someone from Kerry Ford to call me. Sending complaint to Ford Motor company in Dearborn, MI More

After shopping online, decided to go for the Buick Encore. Contacted multiple dealerships via the web. Received multiple calls on how soon can you get to the dealership? Received a call from Kerry and they brought the car to our home, took us to the dealership to do the paperwork and then drove the car back home. How easy is that? We have taken the car in every 6 months for service and that is also extremely easy. You drive in, meet with the agent, give them your keys, go to the waiting room, in a short time, they come and get you, you finish up the paperwork and drive home. More

2019 escape I had been to this dealership a few months prior with my mom and did not find what I was looking for at that time. We went back a second time and it was a completely different experience. Our salesman Chris was awesome! He was so personable and straight forward, wanted to make sure I got everything I wanted out of my new purchase. He took the time to show me all my car features and helped me set up everything. I would definitely recommend Chris and Kerry Ford for anyone who is looking for an honest salesman and company! I love my new car :) Thank you again! Horrible service I went in for an oil change. They told me 45 minutes. I told them I had to leave at 1:30 ( which was 2.5 hrs after drop off). At 1:30 they hadn’t e I went in for an oil change. They told me 45 minutes. I told them I had to leave at 1:30 ( which was 2.5 hrs after drop off). At 1:30 they hadn’t even started!!! Nor did anyone even tell me this. I was in the lobby at the 12:30 mark. Very disappointed!!! I wasted 4 hours of travel time and wait time and didn’t even get the oil change. The next day we went to the ford dealer in Harrison ohio. They were fantastic! Polite, prompt, communicated the status of the van! This is my second bad visit to the dealer on Kemper. I will drive farther and go to Harrison for every additional visit. More
