Chris was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable about Mustangs. After three days of contemplating the purchase, we finally purchased our Mustang from Chris. It was a smooth transaction, with the staff being very transparent with the numbers. I would definitely recommend Chris Bennington and Kerry Ford to anyone interested in shopping hassle-free, for a vehicle. More
Took my car in for a recall and I was very satisfied. I took my car in for a recall issue. Three lanes to pull in with no wait. Walked right into service area where they had paperwork ready to sign and I took my car in for a recall issue. Three lanes to pull in with no wait. My car was ready at 4:30 p.m. but I did not have to return loaner and pick up my car until the next day. I really did not want to drive back to dealer the same day so I was happy that I could wait until the next day. My car was returned in good condition. More

Nice until the 6th hour Went and had a real considerate salesman who worked with and helped me. He was very apologetic that the car had not been cleaned out. But let me take a test drive didn't try to over sale the car while we were out. he was a good kid. When the big wigs got involved it went a different way. Though I do appreciate there candor over some of the issues I faced in this purchase. but they never bothered to explain that the sale and paperwork was going to take all night. They had some xxx they were trying to appease and it was taking all of there effort. I was asked If I could fill out and get everything that day I said yes, I let them know it would not take me any time to get it done. So I went and sent them copies of what they needed. and came back. While I was out my salesman had made sure that the car was cleaned and taken care of ready for me to take. I got back and that is when it went bad. Sat there and waited two to three hours for the paperwork to be completed. I was really sure they were going to come and tell me we could not make the deal we had agreed to. Finally asked the salesman to leave me alone, he was very apologetic but all he did was make me think what a waste. Finally some time after they had officially closed they had my paperwork done. I was upset. They tried to blame the salesman that he was not experienced enough, and this was a learning experience for him. I called them on that xxxxxxxx. They just said he did not realize it took that long but that they did. And they only stayed because I said I could get them everything in time to get the car that day. Mind you I had it all to them 3 to 4 hours before this point. I had even said it would not be a problem to wait a day or two. Really the way I was treated at the next level will really make me think twice about coming back. I do not need someone acting like making me wait in a car lot for several hours is doing me a favor. Or that I am the Customer to be a learning experience with, if that is the case shouldn't I be warned ahead of time and given something for my trouble and hassle. If I could remember either of their names I would let you know. I am very happy with the car. Though it has two minor issues. First I think they broke the driver side mirror when cleaning the car I do not remember seeing it had an issue in the test drive and I noticed it right away when driving the next day. And second there is a solenoid that gets noisy in the vent system periodically. It is sort of a phantom thing. It does not do it when you make a change. It just will start and go for like a minute or so all on its own and then stop just as mysteriously. More

Easy transaction. Kerry Ford had just the truck I was looking for. The sale was not stressful at all and the price was agreeable. Service So I bought my first vehicle in Ohio from Kerry and special ordered it…it did not arrive as what I ordered and I was told that they would re-order the So I bought my first vehicle in Ohio from Kerry and special ordered it…it did not arrive as what I ordered and I was told that they would re-order the vehicle but they could not promise that it would arrive as I ordered it. I said that’s very disappointing and the sales guy said unfortunately we only receive what GMC sends us. I figured this is how it is in the Midwest as I was not used to it. I did not want to wait so I settled for it. I have been taking my GMC there to get maintenanced and it has been a roller coaster, off and on with them getting everything fixed correctly and this last time just broke the camels back. I stopped down and told the service guy what was going and what I needed, he said I’ll call you when your parts are in. A month past and no word so I stopped down and that guy no longer works there so I talked with the new gal in service and she said we will make sure everything is taken care of. I got on there schedule and dropped my truck off to have everything fixed. My office had to contact them on status as no one touched base with me or my staff. So my truck was not finished as they did not have all the parts to finish and would have them next day. I have kids and needed my truck to pick them up as I have car seats for them in there in my truck. I told them I could drop off next day so they could finish. Well next day came and she said parts did not show so my office told them to let us know when they come in contact us so we can schedule. Week pasted and no word from Kerry, my office contacted them to see status and the same gal never orders the parts. To top it off I left for Labor Day weekend and told my 5 yr old asked to pick a movie to watch in the truck as it was one of the things that they fixed, well they never fixed it so it did not work. I was actually thinking of trading my truck in to Kerry for a new one but at this point I would not recommend buying nor having them work on any vehicle.
