Poorly organized scheduling system and nothing Quick Lane If you book an oil change appointment with the service department, they will direct you to Quick Lane upon arrival. However, Quick Lane does not take If you book an oil change appointment with the service department, they will direct you to Quick Lane upon arrival. However, Quick Lane does not take appointments therefore you are treated as a walk-in even though you scheduled service. It took two and a half hours for "The Works" oil change and service and I was third in line at 7:45 AM. I booked an appointment so that I didn't have to wait so long.... When I asked one of the associates why you can make an oil change appointment even though they don't honor service appointments, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said, "good question." More
