F150 Front End Alignment Highly rate this dealer. I took my F150 to two other automotive shops to get the front end aligned after new tires were installed. Both of the other Highly rate this dealer. I took my F150 to two other automotive shops to get the front end aligned after new tires were installed. Both of the other places did an alignment but each time neither got the steering wheel centered correctly. The technician at Kerry Ford knew what he was doing and how to correct the problem. And to top it off, the price I paid at the dealer was less than at the other shops. Thank you, Kerry Ford! More

The buying process was good but everything after has been a headache. They lost the second key the truck had no manual. They said they would fix both these issues when I came in to have the recall fixed. I d a headache. They lost the second key the truck had no manual. They said they would fix both these issues when I came in to have the recall fixed. I drove the hour to get there waited for 2 1/2 hours for them to fix the recall an make the key. Only to find out they didn't have the part to fix the recall an I'd have to come back the next day to have it fixed. I spoke with a manager about all the problems I was having an he wanted to make it right an they would fix the recall an make the truck better than when i bought it along with give me free oil change an fill the gas tank up for having to drive back to get the recall fixed . I am still waiting for them to contact me to let me know when they will fix the recall. I will be going to another ford dealer to have it fixed. Would be more understanding about everything if this wasn't the second time I had a horrible buying experience with kerry . Should have remembered the name of the place after the first time but it was kerry Mitsubishi not kerry ford. I do NOT recommend this place. If kerry is in the name go elsewhere More

Service was good. Price was high. Shuttle drive was painful I believe the team did a quality job on the repairs. I do believe the pricing is high.
