Quick Lane is slow!! Poor customer service I informed the service manager that I needed a loaner when I dropped my GMC Sierra off for service. No loaner was available when I arrived. I left and I informed the service manager that I needed a loaner when I dropped my GMC Sierra off for service. No loaner was available when I arrived. I left and 2 hours later was told a loaner was ready. I got to Kerry GMC and had to wait 20 minutes for them to clean the loaner. They did fix one of the problems I listed. The other two were written off as could not duplicate. Since I had my truck in there the other two concerns have occurred two more times. Funny they couldn't duplicate. I will no longer consider Kerry Auto for new trucks or service. More

Good car buying experience My wife and I arrived at Kerry Buick to specifically look at a 2017 Buick Enclave. Ray met us outside, we took a look at the interior and saw it's wha My wife and I arrived at Kerry Buick to specifically look at a 2017 Buick Enclave. Ray met us outside, we took a look at the interior and saw it's what we were looking for. Took it for a test drive, checked out underneath the car and the engine. We then went inside to talk it over. We discussed price, payment options and trade in for our car. After some discussion with Ray and I believe the manager, we were able to reach a deal. Everyone was friendly, I didn't feel pressured by anyone and I didn't feel like a number. Overall, it was a nice experience and we drove home in a newer car. Considering we were mostly coming up to just take a look and maybe kick the tires around some, we were both very happy to be driving the car home. More
Below average experience Called first to check on availability of a vehicle they told me it was on the lot and would have it ready when I got there. Purchased another truck salesman was young and very inexperienced. Nobody walked me around the vehicle to inspect it before getting in the vehicle I noticed a scuff and had to go back inside to get someone to look at it. Purchase accessories to be put on by the service department called several times to schedule nobody called me back. Had to drive to the dealer to schedule. Was supposed to get a loaner vehicle but when I arrived they didn't have one. Also they scratched the vehicle while installing the accessories. More

Bought a brand new 2018 Ford Escape and at 10 months I purchased a brand new 2018 Ford Escape and at 10 months old/16,000 miles the antifreeze was leaking into the oil due to a warped blocked. The short block was replaced and now 2 weeks later after being fixed - the heat, lights on the hvac control panel, radio and auto start/stop doesn’t work. More
