We were excited to purchase a used vehicle at this location. Unfortunately after purchase we discovered client safety was not their priority. Not only have they not repaired the only item damaged on location. Unfortunately after purchase we discovered client safety was not their priority. Not only have they not repaired the only item damaged on the vehicle we discovered the car had Jo brakes, They sold us a dirty vehicle, broken wipers & no brakes. Clearly we can change the brakes but they were not the first item one expects to check on a new purchase. A thorough review of the car was expected. Especially since we brought it back asking for the door to be inspected. Once COVID hit we have not returned out of respect for everyone. We simply caution a HUGE personal examination of a purchase. There is a reason we’ve trusted dealerships over the decades. I cannot in conscience refer others where they only focus on the dollar & not clients. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE SAFETY OF CHILDREN AT PUT IN HARMS WAY. More

Advertised Low Price - Hard to actually Get - No Help after Their prices online seem too low to be true and they were. Price online was around $20k. I asked what price is with my trade-in (should be about $6,50 Their prices online seem too low to be true and they were. Price online was around $20k. I asked what price is with my trade-in (should be about $6,500) and was told it would be $17k. Okay so what is price without trade? It would be $26.5k. What!!!! How can it be about 10k more if my trade is only 3k? Made no sense. Oh and to get 0% financing, add $4,500 to the price otherwise it is 8.9% or something crazy. Uh no I think I'll leave. They call me on way home and said, "Okay, $17k with trade and can get you a 2.9% loan". Still $26.5k without trade (I was hoping to sell it to my nephew but not for 10k). I went back and took the deal. After getting home, realized the car had no manuals. I've called THREE TIMES and they never call me back. I just get to leave a message with the sales desk. Jeff More

Went here to get two flat tires on a lease car fixed. 23 hours later they were finally done, not only replaced them but also the cabin air filter, even though it had been replaced only two weeks ago. Too hours later they were finally done, not only replaced them but also the cabin air filter, even though it had been replaced only two weeks ago. Took it in at 3:30 pm and was told it would be ready the next morning. At 9:30 I was told it would be ready at 1 pm . At 1:10 pm was told it would be ready in 30 minutes When I got there was told a few more minutes Finally done 45 minutes later. Lousy service and unneeded service! More

Brian was initially the sales representative I worked with. He was kind, patient and answered all the questions I had. He was both experienced as well as professional.
