I scheduled a recall fix at 8:00am and dropped it off the night before. I called a few times during the day and was redirected to a busy line so I just came back just at the end of the day and found out the night before. I called a few times during the day and was redirected to a busy line so I just came back just at the end of the day and found out they hadn't touched the car. They said they didn't have the part which was odd because I scheduled 3 weeks previously and called mid week to ask if they were ready. Also why didn't they call me and let me know? Seriously suspect they just didn't bother to get to it. I scheduled 2 weeks later at 9:00am and dropped it off that morning. I was expecting to pick it up at lunch but they weren't done so I showed up just 4:00. Was told they were just finishing up and it would be 30 to 45 minutes. I didn't get my keys back before 5:45. Would they have even done it if I didn't show up before to ask for my car again? This was a recall so I wasn't expecting them to squeeze me in but I scheduled weeks in advance and had my car there early each time. They have no regard for me or my time. What was the point of me trying to schedule at all. Super disappointed. More

I contacted Kerry Ford about a 2020 Edge they had listed on an internet pricing of their website. I was sent an email from Brandie with the details of the vehicle and it stated it had 3 miles on it. I advis on an internet pricing of their website. I was sent an email from Brandie with the details of the vehicle and it stated it had 3 miles on it. I advised I had a trade in of a 2017 Escape and we started a negotiation. I spoke with Bruce the Sales Manager and he sent me an email offer for trading in my vehicle and the difference he would need including taxes and fees. His offer listed the vehicle with 2 miles on it. I agreed to the offer and told him I would cone to Cincinnati from Lexington, KY to complete the transaction. When I arrived no one offered to show me the car I was buying but went directly into the paperwork. I thought this was strange but agreed as I wanted to get back on the road to home. When he said he wanted his manager to look at my car I said I would like to see what I was buying too. He gave me the key and my wife and I went outside to take a look. When I opened the door I realized this vehicle had some wear on it. The visor over the passenger side had smudge marks, the cup holders had food in them and the vehicle did not smell new. I started it up and it showed 4450 miles! Again, no one came out with me to see the car so I had a few minutes to cool down before I went back in. I spoke with Bruce who said he was the Sales Manager I had spoken with over the phone and told him of my surprise and displeasure. All he could offer was that he thought Brandie had told me about the mileage at some point and he could not do anything else for me. I took the keys to my Escape and we left. I cannot believe this was a mistake as I received two different emails and a contract attachment clearly stating this Edge had 2 or 3 miles. This dealership is not to be trusted. More
Last Saturday I went out checkbook and credit pre-approval in hand with the express desire to buy a new car by the end of the day. I went to one Ford dealer on the eastside and one all the way o pre-approval in hand with the express desire to buy a new car by the end of the day. I went to one Ford dealer on the eastside and one all the way on the westside. Neither of those were dealerships I would go to again mostly because of the sales staff. Having gone east and then west I decided I would try somewhere in the middle and went to Kerry Ford, a dealership I had never heard of before but found doing an Internet search through Siri. Unlike the other two dealerships I was greeted enthusiastically by Aaron Barber, one of their salesmen, who listened to what I was looking for and took me to two cars both of which exactly met my needs in the price range I was looking. Aaron did a great job making me feel comfortable with the purchase process and during the negotiations. After a little bit of minor price haggling and the mandatory salesman’s visit to the “back room “ and the short sales pitch for the extended warranty (which I declined) I walked out of there with exactly the car I wanted. And what really surprised me is not only did they have the car all vacuumed cleaned up and ready to go they also included a full tank of gas. Which I thought was a real class act. I was also impressed with their follow up. When I had a question the next day on a Sunday afternoon and emailed Aaron and he responded to me within an hour. Even on his day off. And not two days later I got a call by the sales manager asking me how I liked their service and discussing when I would be able to leave the car to add the trailer hitch that was part of the transaction. His assistant Danielle also informed me, that while the trailer hitch was being added they were giving me a free loaner. Aaron Barber is a great salesman and Kerry Ford is a great dealership. I’m glad I met them. More
