When I damaged the shield under my car, I called Kerry, talked to Ron and he helped me arrange a tow with Ford Pass. My car was in shop longer than I liked (I blame supply chain shortages) but the work do talked to Ron and he helped me arrange a tow with Ford Pass. My car was in shop longer than I liked (I blame supply chain shortages) but the work done was great and I was reassured by Ron with a phone call. And thanks Ron, btw,, for that extra touch.😉 More

Mickey Mouse fix on underneath shield, has now broken again on vacation. I will need to temporarily fix before I get home. It was supposed to be a simple warranty repair on the used FORD F-150 that I’d bought from them.. It took 2 weeks to even LOOK at my truck- then I was told it needed a NEW ENGINE!!- my engine was shot…an used FORD F-150 that I’d bought from them.. It took 2 weeks to even LOOK at my truck- then I was told it needed a NEW ENGINE!!- my engine was shot…another 2weeks go by and I’m told I have to pay $999.89 for them to tear apart my whole engine and find the exact specific reason why it stopped running and needs to be replaced… After I get upset about that, I’m told that IF the specific reason my Engine took a poop is covered by the PT Warranty, then I’m not responsible for the $999.89 engine teardown!!!! I argue that we should find out from the PT Warranty company if it’s covered then!…I find that No one in the world had heard of this “Company”that held my powertrain warrantyI including Kerry Ford which is where I’d purchased my truck AND Warranty!!! Another week goes by and I get a VM telling me the Engine is Fine. It’s in fact something called the Fly Wheel (which has absolutely nothing – not a xxxx single thing to do with the engine!) So… Come to find out that since it took so long Dash the fly wheel isn’t that covered by my warranty but the things the fly wheel broke/ruined while waiting to be fixed we’re not covered by my warranty… I ended up being without my truck for 2 1/2 months and paying out of my own pocket $1200 and a month and a half worth of Rental Cars and a month of begging and asking for rides to and from work and everywhere else… Embarrassing and xxxxxxxx More
