Normal servicing has been great. Took our 55 Thunderbird in for an alignment. Made an appointment for 7:30 am. Asked if wanted to wait and I said I was dropping off. Went to dealership to see a car that was shown on their website. When we saw the car on the lot, it had major scratches in multiple locations all over the car, the front bumper was cracked, and all four w website. When we saw the car on the lot, it had major scratches in multiple locations all over the car, the front bumper was cracked, and all four wheels were extremely scratched beyond repair (looked like the car was riding a curb for a mile on both sides). Yet, they were still asking above KBB fair market value and refused to come down more than $5 on the price. Afterwards, we went back to the website and none of the damage was on the car in the pictures, so either the pictures were of a different vehicle or all the damage occurred at the dealership.
