They started my oil change early since I arrived an hour early and they were very accommodating mainly the service desk employee who had red hair and was tall, he was extremely friendly and nice, I had to w early and they were very accommodating mainly the service desk employee who had red hair and was tall, he was extremely friendly and nice, I had to wait an hour and a half there with my 3 year old but it was fine, I was offered coffee and a ride home from Ford, I declined it bc my 3 year old needed a car seat. Door handle had oil/greasy substance all over. When trying to get oil change appointment called three times got put to voicemail. Left a message on the third time. Waited four days with no return When trying to get oil change appointment called three times got put to voicemail. Left a message on the third time. Waited four days with no return call. Called back in to find out if I could get an oil change was sent again to a voicemail. No return call. I called back right afterwards spoke with Ford operator, and they then proceeded to schedule my appointment. This is my second vehicle taking there. First time my vehicle was not topped off with fluids like windshield wiper fluid. More
