I went Kerry Oct 2022, I hit a curb, punch a hole in the left front tire of my 2022 Buick Concore GX. Kerry did not have a tire to replace it, could not find one in the whole system. I had to go to Tire Dis left front tire of my 2022 Buick Concore GX. Kerry did not have a tire to replace it, could not find one in the whole system. I had to go to Tire Discounters on 747, they had one in stock that matched up. It cost me over 200 dollars. On January 5 I came in for 10,000 mile service. Oil change, filler, supposed to rotate the tires, they did not. There must have been pore communication between the service and the desk. I also was having trouble with the widows not going down. I was told at the desk I would have t bring it back , because they did not have a loaner. I took my car home, the windows were working again and they installed the part needed for the under seat heater. Nothing was said about this. ?????? More
Chris Bennington was very professional and courteous during our negotiations for a used car. Although I haven't purchased yet, I will definitely call Chris for a quote. during our negotiations for a used car. Although I haven't purchased yet, I will definitely call Chris for a quote. More

Took my car in for service on a Tuesday December 20th for engine light issue. I Parked my car in front of the service door. Met by a service team member and they took my keys and assured me that my car will engine light issue. I Parked my car in front of the service door. Met by a service team member and they took my keys and assured me that my car will be fixed by Friday December 23rd. I have not heard a word from them between that time period except a mechanic calling me late on Wednesday December 21st stating my battery was the cause of my engine light. Because of the holidays I returned on Friday and my car was still sitting there in front of the service door never touched or moved. I took my car w/o telling them hoping to hear back from them on Saturday or Monday asking about my car. But, I never heard back from them at all. So from December 23rd through January 6th I didn't receive one phone call in question of did I pick up my car or sir your car Is no longer on our lot and we called the police..Nothing. So, on January 6th I went to the dealer and asked for my key fob and the service department panicky searched for 5 - 8 minutes looking from my key fob in numerous places. I'm questioning to myself why would it not be on a key board with the service tag on it. Oh wait that's because when I received the key fob back it didn't have a ID tag on it. Once it was found it was then handed to me without any apology or how can we fix this issue for you. Absolutely Nothing! My advice to you and many others that I will be telling my story to is not to trust Kerry for service department as they don't have their act together, a safety check program in place or even a customer satisfactory check off list prior to giving back your keys. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience. More
