Catalytic converter was stolen off our business truck. Kelly stayed in touch with me frequently to update me about the part (it was on back order for months). We got our truck fixed and pick it up. The service was not efficient. I took my car in in a Friday and they would not have been able to fix it until Monday. Quick and easy. The guy working the counter on Saturday was friendly and didn’t try to pressure me or trick me into buying something I don’t need. Well I come a get my oil changed and tires rotated just at Kerry Ford. I bought my tires at Kerry Ford. Last time I came in they said nothing about my tires being old and they told my son (he took my car at Kerry Ford. I bought my tires at Kerry Ford. Last time I came in they said nothing about my tires being old and they told my son (he took my car) I need 4 new tires right now. I don't know...I think I should have been told last time that I should start looking at tires. Not wait till they have to be done right now. I thought that is why I brought it there for preventative maintenance. More
