Ken did a great job. The 4 star over all rating is not a reflection on him. The reason I did not give a 5 star for service is the fact I had to drive 8 hours round trip to get my new vehicle package done in reflection on him. Than in the end they ended up keeping it 2 nights, because they didn't finish it on time. Very much inconvenience us. The dealership should think about customer service in this area. I purchase a new vehicle about every 2-3 years. I could be a guaranteed customer. More

When you go here make sure you ask for Tony T! He helped us out tremendously. We came in not knowing exactly what we were looking for and he put us into something more new than we were expecting and got us us out tremendously.
