Was given a credit voucher a year ago during the purchase of new Murano. Recent visit for an oil change turned out to be very tense and uncomfortable. While trying to use the voucher to pay for oil change Ken from service told me this voucher was not valid or in the system and I should’ve presented the voucher upfront to him instead of the cashier. Made me feel like i was trying to pull a fast one and said “why are you just now trying to use this voucher… it’s 2 years old.” Was actually dated a year ago. He wasn’t willing to investigate the voucher. I left service and found my original salesman Tim who remembered the voucher and immediately brought it to the Manager. The voucher was validated and used. I’m thankful Tim was working and treated me with respect while taking care of this issue. More
Not a good experience today. Called regarding the legal settlement (Suarez vs. Nissan) to schedule appointment to have headlights replaced based on this legal settlement. Receptionist kept asking if it wa settlement (Suarez vs. Nissan) to schedule appointment to have headlights replaced based on this legal settlement. Receptionist kept asking if it was a recall. Repeatedly said no, it was related to class action settlement and I provided the claim number. Then transferred to service to schedule appointment. Service staff member (male) asked if I was setting up appointment for a recall. I shared the same thing I shared with the receptionist. He responded there was "no settlement." I responded I thought that was wrong....I read parts of the settlement notification and website info to him. He again said there was no settlement or guidance from Nissan. I again shared this was not true. He asked if my lights were having problems and I responded "I would like to have them replaced based on the settlement information." He then HUNG UP ON ME. More
The staff was great, after test driving a few vehicles and finally deciding on one, we wanted to go find a place to have lunch while all the paper work was being handled.
