I had a good experience when I brought my Santra in for service. Ken was very nice, helpful, and kept me informed about the progress of the work. (He has a lot of energy!) The waiting room was OK. NO ONE WAS WATCHING IT, and it's annoying when you're trying to read. If you MUST have it on, how about that channel that has "Love it or List It" or similar programming instead of "The View" which is even more annoying. More

When I called to schedule a tire rotation I was on the phone with the advisor for 15 minutes just to schedule the rotation. Seamed like she did not know what she was doing. When I arrived for the rotation they had it in there system that I was also getting a oil change. The advisor also wanted to charge me for the rotation that I did not have to pay. I bought a tire warranty from the dealership that included free rotations. She tried telling me that the warranty did not cover rotations. More
