My "Check Engine" light came on Thursday afternoon. I called and was told to bring the car in at 3pm. I did so and by 3:45 they had diagnosed the problem, had the solution, and offered me a loaner ve I called and was told to bring the car in at 3pm. I did so and by 3:45 they had diagnosed the problem, had the solution, and offered me a loaner vehicle since work would not be completed until Friday morning. First thing Friday I got the word that the repair was complete and I could pick up my car anytime. Excellent service and communication. More

I called the store in November for a service issue as I had a nail in my tire, well I am still waiting on that call, I have called 5 times since Saturday and I have yet to receive a call back as of 5:50 p.m. Monday Evening. We were also told by our salesman whom no longer is employed through Subaru that someone would be calling us within the week of purchase to go over the details of the car, etc., I am still waiting on that call as well. I will never purchase another vehicle if this is the type of customer service they are providing. More
I recently visited [Dealership Name] and unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. When I arrived, I was sent to multiple different lots because the staff didn't know which lot the car I was interested in my experience wasn't great. When I arrived, I was sent to multiple different lots because the staff didn't know which lot the car I was interested in was located. This felt disorganized and confusing. Once I finally found the car, the wait to get to the finance department was extremely long—over an hour and forty minutes. The long wait was frustrating, and it seemed like there was a lack of communication and coordination between the staff. While the car itself was great, the overall customer service and efficiency left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve these aspects in the future. More
