Am very displeased with this dealer . .I have purchased a vehicle about 5 years ago and was pleased with it ….not this time !.. I purchased and escape and was dissatisfied for various reas .I have purchased a vehicle about 5 years ago and was pleased with it ….not this time !.. I purchased and escape and was dissatisfied for various reasons…so they did offer to take it back and I could get another one … never mentioned giving my money back by the way …so really felt trapped “”.. so I found another there shortly after and most everything seemed ok except the tires were about 30percent..and two different brand of tires !.. for that price r you mean I don’t even get a good set of tires lol..then when it was time to sign the papers I “..asked to see the car fax wasn’t offered for me to see it or the dealer “ check out “ sheet ..so then after I signed most of paper work and got to look at the fax was supposed to be a one” owner well looked to me as I if it was a rental unit or something !…then I see it says it has an oil leak ??.. when I asked they said oh it was a small “ seepage !!!.. well I should have known better and yes I should have really looked better ..but should I have to crawl under a car that cost bout 13k??…I think not !..I was taking then at their honesty ..mistake !.. I figured we’ll prob was a small seepage but after getting it home and putting it up on rack … major leak ! Front main and prob timing case cover….leaking really bad I mean soaking underneath !!…so my mistake trusting them one more time !!..so if they can bear their false dealings that’s on them !!!..and this is an honest review that I can actually show anyone !!!so hope their happy !! Will not “ do anymore dealings with this dealer and will not recomend them to my friends or family … More
