First, I want to say above all, I do not have enough words express how much I appreciated being treated with genuine concern and sincere kindness. I was feeling flustered and unsure about coming to a dealership where I am unfamiliar but the service advisor put me at ease immediately and followed through with great efficiency. I had been on the turnpike with my three year old granddaughter in the back when I heard a something randomly hitting the car. I pulled over and found the weather-strip on the wheelwell had come loose. I tucked it in and drove to the North Huntingdon Subaru Dealership as it was closest to my destination. I thought that the repair might be considered a minor repair that could be done in the express service. Although that was not the case, the service advisor said that he would do his best to get the repair work done. My granddaughter and I went to the waiting area (which is beautiful and I sincerely appreciated the free refreshments) where we waited less than half an hour for the work to be completed. I had also assumed that the work was covered under my warranty but when I read the service invoice later that night I saw that the fee had been waived as a kindness. I sincerely appreciate the many ways that help was given to me. Because my car was once again in good condition, I was able to relax and enjoy the remainder of my day with my granddaughter. More
