I don’t deal with car dealerships very often so I really can’t compare to others. I knew what I wanted but I wish I would have been shown more options. That is probably on me . Problems came up afterwards, the finance gentleman seemed unorganized and sloppy he pushed a lot of papers around, but that’s probably his shtick to get us to sign anything and everything. Which might have contributed to my next issue. The registration arrived with a name on it of a person I did not know. This was corrected eventually. 4 months after paying cash for vehicle I still have not received the title, the dealership sent it to my bank not me. This issue is still in the process of being resolved. These paperwork issues and what I considered a sloppy and unorganized financial representative will most likely send me to a different Mazda dealership, because I like the product. But I don’t like that fact that I was “sold” lojac for $999 and “traceable theft protection” for another $400. But again, that’s on me. Lojac is a scam. That 1400 dollars could have at least got me rear speakers in my 3 hatch that Mazda decided not to put in the 2024. But as always buyer beware. More
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I came in for an oil change, they forgot to put a nut back in and the plate and caused my oil plate to fly off and my engine to overheat dealership. After calling me and admitting responsibility, and sending me a Carfax offer to buy my car, proceeded to act dishonestly and deny our conversations and the offer. When my mother and I arrived to settle the offer, we were met with immediate hostility and unbelievable rudeness from the service manager, who was particularly nasty to my mother which I did not appreciate at all. I am deeply disappointed in the way this entire situation was handled and I would never recommend them to anyone. More

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Refused to acknowledge the issue and did the minimum until I finally gave up and left with nothing fixed after driving 3hrs round trip for the SECOND Refused to acknowledge the issue and did the minimum until I finally gave up and left with nothing fixed after driving 3hrs round trip for the SECOND TIME FOR THE SAME ISSUE, WATER LEAKING IN MY CABIN!!! I requested Cam, didn't get him. The guy I got didn't touch up my paint last visit, this time he comes back after 3 mins and said it's not leaking, even though I told them it only leaks during long downpours, (it's probably a tiny leak in the polyurethane around the windshield). Then he tapes the hose to the center of the windshield (it leaks on driver's side A-pillar) and I only found this out when I went for a walk after 1hr and saw my car in the bay. I immediately said just give me my car back because I knew it wouldn't be leaking because the water wasn't going over the suspected problem area. So, 2 PTO days used, 350 miles driven, 12 hours of my life gone, and $35 in gas wasted for nothing. I should have known better after I waited from 8pm to 11pm just to hand over a check for my car the night I bought it. I had an appointment, everything was already done, didn't need financing, but the finance officer let some lady talk his ear off and ask pointless questions for 3 hours!!! While I waited to just sign 3 papers and hand over a check. My appointment was meaning-less, didn't get home til 1am and had to leave for work 3.5 hours later. The saleslady was perfect and I love her, Sue, but everything else has been a legitimate nightmare. More
I am quite pleased with my car buying / trade in experience. The offer for my trade was reasonable right off the bat. The sales staff was courteous, knowledgeable, & professional. experience. Purchased my car from Kenny Ross Mazda and couldn't be happier with the experience. No high pressure sales tactics and I was able to do much of it over the phone/online meaning I didn't have to sit in the happier with the experience. Michael took the time to show us all the gadgets in the car and Zack did an excellent job of making sure the paperwork went smoothly. More

Although they were unable to acceptably identify the cause of the abnormal noise emanating from the right rear, my impression is that they performed thorough and logical troubleshooting.
