Went in for a free oil change and an inspection of state an emissions and I’m telling me I need $3300 worth of work on my car lol I need a thermostat and brakes and that’s it but they made sure they thought an emissions and I’m telling me I need $3300 worth of work on my car lol I need a thermostat and brakes and that’s it but they made sure they thought they saw me coming and hurt and had nerve to Say if I did customer loyalty and brought it up there every time for my oil changes and I flipped out because my husband and I, before he passed away purchased for Mazda vehicles from the same dealership right there at Kenny Ross, so don’t worry, they never have to worry about me ever coming back for anything or ever by the Mazda again specially from them More

As a woman, I’ve had my fair share. I’ve experiences with mechanics. It’s either good experiences or bad unfortunately, Mazda has let me down.
