3 stars because I made an appointment to purchase tires and have them installed a month prior to the appointment date and when I arrived I was told my appointment was not in their system, even though I had and have them installed a month prior to the appointment date and when I arrived I was told my appointment was not in their system, even though I had a confirmation email. I was taken care as they fit me in, but this shouldn’t happen. Also, when I made the appointment online the manufacturer of the tires I was purchasing was offering a $100 instant rebate. The service rep knew nothing about this, but he did look into it and I received the rebate, but if I wouldn’t have pursued it I wouldn’t have. The service rep was 5 stars, but these technical errors should not happen More

As a woman, I’ve had my fair share. I’ve experiences with mechanics. It’s either good experiences or bad unfortunately, Mazda has let me down.
