The woman who called to confirm my appointment was not entirely pleasant. I requested a loaner vehicle when I scheduled the appointment online. When she called me to confirm my appointment, I asked if she entirely pleasant. I requested a loaner vehicle when I scheduled the appointment online. When she called me to confirm my appointment, I asked if she could confirm that I would be receiving the loaner that I had requested. She unpleasantly explained that my request didn’t show in the system and that I most likely wouldn’t have a loaner. Unsure why the system didn’t show my request. Thankfully when I arrived for my appointment, someone had just returned a loaner so I was able to have one. Great! That problem was solved. The gentlemen at the service desk were wonderful and very helpful throughout the entirety of the service! Thank you! My oil change service took roughly 2 hours which in itself was fine for a Saturday! They had several cars to be serviced when I pulled in so I knew it wouldn’t be in and out. After leaving the appointment, I had noticed my car sounded a lot louder than normal. No other issues, no lights on the dash, just louder. So when I got home and had my husband look, I remembered I was offered an engine filter change that I had declined at the time of service. So after explaining that to my husband, we had checked the engine air filter housing and found the lid was not put back on or secured.. easy fix and the car sounds normal again. Just wanted it all to be documented. More
