Side paperwork on a new vehicle never took delivery. Problem with the tech and unable to repair. Switched out to another vehicle and had dealer add-ons. Illuminated door seal trim plates were installed and driver side seal fell off when I open the door. They reapplied the one on the door and within a day all of them fell off. I had to install them myself. I also had the vehicle rust proof there. But apparently they're rust proofing does not include the bottom of the car. When I called and asked about it they said that would be an extra expense. This is my third brand new car from Kenny Ross and it's probably my last. More

Had an awesome first time buying experience at Kenny Ross Mazda! Chance (sales consultant) was great to work with, took the time to explain everything and helped me find just the right car with what I wanted Mazda! Chance (sales consultant) was great to work with, took the time to explain everything and helped me find just the right car with what I wanted. He was patient with my schedule and desire to stop in multiple times over the past few weeks. Jeff (sales manager) went the extra mile in communication and helping put together a good deal for my budget. Donnie (finance manager) helped explain all of the aspects of my payment terms and warranties and made the final step of the process very simple.
