Had an engine replacement covered under an extended service contract that Kenny Ross took care of. Although it was a long process, Louis kept me informed of the details in a timely manner. Kenny Ross is not the closest Mazda dealer to me, but I've consistently had great service at this dealership, which I cannot say for the Mazda dealer that is more convenient to me distance-wise. I'll continue to drive the extra distance if and when I need service in the future to have it completed here. More
