I've never had any service done at a dealership before, so this was certainly a much nicer experience than anything I've known previously. I was greeted warmly and quickly and shown to a very comfortable w so this was certainly a much nicer experience than anything I've known previously. I was greeted warmly and quickly and shown to a very comfortable waiting area where I was greeted by all of the people I worked with when I purchased the car. That was a really nice touch - every single one of them remembered me by name and made a point of checking in. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time and I left feeling confident that I was in really good hands. More

Tracy was very friendly and very thorough. She noticed that my inspection was due. I decided to get it done while I was there. I purchased a new car and all the stickers that are supposed to be in the rear windows for emergency services are still in the glove box, also inspection and emission stickers are already curling and t supposed to be in the rear windows for emergency services are still in the glove box, also inspection and emission stickers are already curling and they are good until next December.
