I am really impressed with Kenny Ross Mazda. Louis is very professional and thoughtful. He kept me informed during my last visit about my vehicle's condition and the service's progress. I was so disappointed there, given long service delays, difficulty scheduling and overall pricing, that I came back to Kenny Ross Mazda. This is despite the fact that it takes an hour to drive here!
