I want to update this to reflect that I was able to reach Michael in the service department and he is doing everything possible to help me now that we have talked. He even gave me his direct number, so that will cut out some of the communication issues. The parts department ordered two more keys for me, and they should be here in a week. I don't understand why there aren't more kept in stock,but I am pleased with the service now. Michael and Jason from parts were very helpful.
