Buyer Remorse, Seller Remorse Sales isn't an issue, but when it comes to Finance and follow-up with customers who have purchased vehicles they fall short. I arrived about 3:30 pm and 6 hours later was pushed into a Toyota Loan, service agreement and a maintenance plan. After being up for 15 hours I should have walked away. Having a credit score over 800 they locked me into a 4.39% loan, when I already had pre-approval with a local credit union. After looking over my documents I went to cancel my service and maintenance plans and was accosted over the phone. I returned to the dealership that night and a fiancé rep dropped the rate to 3.39 but I would still take the maintenance plan. If I want to cancel them both, I have financing with my credit Union at 2.99% and the fine print stated I have 30 days it should not be this difficult. Why do I want to talk to the Finance rep I spoke with on the phone. I didn't care to return to the dealership. Three days later I'm sitting in the General Managers office being told they fell short with me, but they want a long standing, loyal customer. Spending 15-20 minutes in your front entrance the day before and tonight with not one acknowledgement and you gave me $6,000 on my Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab but list it for $15,999 and I put down $6,000 as well...How is your service department? The courtesy shuttle...short handed. I was having an auto start installed and although dropping it off at 7:45 I didn't get to work until 10:00 am. I did get a tour of Anchorage. Lessons Learned! After leaving a negitave reviw Tony V. the GM there called and apolagized for the bad treated and showed us a different SUV that wss returned from a lease and said it would take a week to 10 days to be certified and he gave me his word he would call us no matter what to tell my what was going on with the car, that time has come and gone with no call from the GM. Some manager, i guess that is the type of dealership they are untrust worthy and no concept of truth and how to keep yourword . Oh it gets better they deleted my negitive review from their website now thats class. Avoid these people at all costs More

Poor service and do not answer phones I had an appointment at 2 on Tuesday to have keys made since I had lost my only key. Had my car towed in and was checked in an hour early. I was told that it would take all afternoon,if they could do it. I agreed to pay for one key with the buttons on it, and one plain key. The shuttle driver was awesome and gave me a ride. About 5pm, I was concerned they I had not heard anything, and called. My service advisor told me that they were working on my car,and that someone would come pick me up.A little later, another wonderful shuttle driver called to let me know that he was on the way.Sometime after 6pm, after never even being notified that my car was ready, I was.called to pay over the phone. I was unable to talk to a service rep,but the woman who called said that her boss said that I must pay over the phone. I had never even been told that my car was ready. I got to the dealership, and there was not one person left from the service department.Nobody knew where my car was located. One of the salesmen directed me to the front desk, where my paperwork and ONE key was. I did not have a smart key to unlock the doors and no spare. I wanted to have another key before I left,but of course, nobody was available.if I had known that they couldn't do the key with the buttons, I would have wanted a couple of extras. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone and nobody called to see if I was satisfied with my service, after being left to pick up my car with no service advisor present. When I call, nobody picks up after being transferred to the service department. I'm very dissatisfied with my only visit here.. More

GREAT STAFF, GREAT PRODUCTS!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I previously wrote a review about a van i purchased, i encountered a few diappointments when i took the car home, detailing hadn' HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I previously wrote a review about a van i purchased, i encountered a few diappointments when i took the car home, detailing hadn't been done, wipers werent replaced as was part of the agreement so i called the staff to explain my situation.. the people at Kendall took my grievance very seriously and really wanted to make things right and they did! The staff there are EXTREMEMLY professional and willing to go above and beyond if you are not 100% satisfied with you experience! They took my van had it detailed, polished, buffed, they even put new tires on it because a screw was lodged in one of the tires and unfortunately was not repairable, and on top of all the extras, bless their hearts, they even filled my gas tank when they were done with all of this!! THANK YOU KENDALL STAFF YOUR THE BEST!! More
Key won't start the car. Bought a used Corolla with 2 keys. One opens and starts the car. The other opens and causes engine to turnover but not start. Told them I thought it was possibly a chip in the key. They said come on in we can look at it and figure it out in 10 minutes and told me those keys don't have chips. Took my name and number. Drove down to Kendal and waited. No one there to help. Waited some more. Finally got someone to look at the keys. Told me I needed to make an appointment to have the keys looked at. I explained I'd already called and they instructed me to come in. No good. I didn't have an appointment. Said I would have to leave the car and the keys with them and that they would have to send away for another key. Why can't they simply tell me this one the phone. I complained that that would force me to make another trip into Anchorage. I was told that it could be worse. They had customers there that had been waiting for 4 hours. More

Their sales department went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. The rest of the team gave me a great price on a rental while I waited for the vehicle to be delivered. I had just moved to Anchorage from the east coast and needed something to fit my young family of five. I got a great rate on an AWD Sienna to handle the snow and ice while I waited for my new 4Runner. Best of all, my 4Runner came in early! More
