First service for my 2018 Tundra was excellent All the services were done on time for my 6 mo check on my 2018 Tundra. Service was courteous and efficient. But we had 3 recalls during the first 4 months of ownership. That is way worse than the good reliability I expect from Toyota products. 2 were for software updates and the 3rd was for replacement of the dealer-installed block heater. Our dealership is 65 miles away it's inconvenient to run in for recall work. I have high hopes our future will have less recalls for any reason. More

No usable warranty on new vehicles I made the mistake of buying a 2017 Tacoma double cab long bed. After 500 Miles It bucked/surged so bad I parked it. Then the next few tries the re I made the mistake of buying a 2017 Tacoma double cab long bed. After 500 Miles It bucked/surged so bad I parked it. Then the next few tries the rear wheels would lock up and skid without warning. I had to wait months for a (factory rep), which turned out to be a joke. He said the truck performed as expected. I guess I’m supposed to wait till I get rear ended for them to do something? Very dangerous vehicle. I Traded it in, because it was used??? Not a factory lemon???? And was charged over $10,000. Then the 4 Runner I tried had major electrical issues, again normal. Corporate is a joke, they suggested I drive to Washington state??? After $18,000 lost and 1/2 year of aggravation, I’m in a used 98 Durango, same warranty as new, none!!!! But drives and runs smoothly. Don’t trust these rip-offs. Try another brand or something. I’m a 37 year mechanic and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Even the general manager is lazy. STAY AWAY FROM KENDALL ALASKA.!!!! More
oil change and recall fix (new airbag) I had no problem making the appointment and when I arrived I was attended to promptly. I was signed up for the shuttle and I only waited about 5 minutes. The two services took only 2.5 hours and when they called to say it was ready, the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes. The young man that assisted me went over the paperwork of what was done and took me to someone who settled with invoice with me. It was all so smooth and efficient and the staff was very friendly. I have taken my vehicle there many times and have had excellent service every time. I love the free car washes too!! I highly recommend Kendal Toyota's service department. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Tried to purchase new car for my mom for Christmas. Due to their sales team inability to read their own invoices and reserving multiple cars that were wrong I finally ordered a car and put a deposit down. I called to check in and it was NEVER ordered! Now my moms car is failing and we don’t have a back up plan! How hard is it to order a car? It’s the easiest transaction ever! After people committing to follow the transaction through personally I have no faith that customer service exists at this dealership! More
My New Hilander Limited Platinum 2/11/18 I had the misfortune of being involved in two major accidents with in 60 days of each other. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks after the first accident. I had it back (in pristine condition) for 5 days, when I was hit again resulting in a total loss of my car. My husband had been trying to convert me to Toyota for a few years; so I figured I would at least go look at the Highlanders. My sales person, Tommy James of Kendall Toyota of Anchorage, and the test drive of course, made my decision to buy a new Highlander easy. Tommy was knowledgeable, friendly and up-front in regards to features, safety, comfort, quality of the vehicle and costs. He walked me through every step of the purchase. Including spending time with me after the transaction was complete; sitting in the car with me demonstrating and explaining the features of the car. Marco, was “shadowing” James on my initial visit to the dealership and he was very frindly and helpful as well. I wish them both luck and many car sales in the Toyota Sales Business. Additionally, Jason Bartlett gets 5 stars as well. We have made a few purchases from Jason; before he moved up from sales to Management; but he is still just as friendly and eager to meet our needs as ever. Love Kendall Toyota if Anchorage I have purchased two cars from Kendall Toyota of Anchorage and have had a great experience every time. Both times I purchased a Sequoia first time was I have purchased two cars from Kendall Toyota of Anchorage and have had a great experience every time. Both times I purchased a Sequoia first time was my very first time going to this dealership and purchasing a Sequoia and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a car ever again and I will never drive anything else other than a Toyota as the keep their value and they go forever. Thank You Kendall Toyota of Anchorage for helping me get my second Sequoia and working with me to get the one I want with all the bells and whistles I wanted as well. More
Had toyota my whole life...not anymore due to this dealershi I've had toyota cars my whole life. Due to how the sales representative Jordan and his manager acted, I refused to go back to this specific dealership I've had toyota cars my whole life. Due to how the sales representative Jordan and his manager acted, I refused to go back to this specific dealership. Jordan did not listen to what I was looking for, showed me nothing withing the few specifications I had requested (only price and size), told me I knew nothing about cars, and made sexist comments the whole time. I left and over the phone requested to not be called again. Hr kept calling for 4 days until I finally asked to speak with a manager. The manager unfortunately didn't even care enough to ask which sales representative was ignoring my request. It's unfortunate because these are great cars I trust and I wish I couldbhave given them my business. I never make a stink about these kinds of things but I'm really thoriughly disappointed in this experience. More
