Waited for 30 minutes just for the one nice employee to tell another employee they were skipping my car for its service when they could've already gotten to it. I don't want someone forced to work on my ca tell another employee they were skipping my car for its service when they could've already gotten to it. I don't want someone forced to work on my car so I left. They were able to tell me the way out faster than when I would get service and because their directions to get out of there were fast and easy to follow-2 stars. More
From the moment you walk in the door they are doing tactics that are about 40 years old the moment you walk in and a sales person talks to you immediately go full throttle high pressure pushing you ask tactics that are about 40 years old the moment you walk in and a sales person talks to you immediately go full throttle high pressure pushing you asking are you gonna buy you need to buy you have to buy most disrespectful dealership I’ve ever been to in my life and I did 11 test drives from 11 different manufacturers in four weeks and this was the only pushy rude high-pressure the sales staff and manager has zero respect for me never listen to anything I said they just went by their crappy tactics that they were taught that are about 40 years old dealerships are supposed to show compassion now the number one job of a car sales person and they forget if you are a customer service agent first Your job is to first make the customer feel comfortable happy and want to buy from you and then once that is fulfilled then your second rule is to try and sell the car you guys can’t even do your first rule so why are you even in the business all you are is in the business of screwing people and making as hot as higher profit per sale as possible you don’t value or care about the customers you don’t even see them as a human being all you see them as a margin number and that’s very disrespectful you should learn for your other dealerships and also this is a shocker having the Kindle name above you when I stepped in the dealership I thought I was in a Lithia dealership and that is not a compliment to you guys that is a huge insult and the worst part is well I kept on saying I’m not in the market up buying I’m just comparing vehicles to see if I’m interested he kept on pushing That I have to buy and I told him multiple times stop asking that I’m not mine I’m gonna leave so at the end because he failed guess what I was eventually probably gonna buy that vehicle but because of their actions they lost me as a customer not just for that one time but I will never put my foot in those doors again you guys lost potential buyer because of your horrible actions you should learn research and that person shouldn’t be in the business of customer service the worst part is I cut the man in New Jersey saying go catch that guy and make him change his mind and get them to buy and I heard of that is very disrespectful because of your actions you guys got his low rating for me on the Better Business Bureau I made a complaint and also I’m going to tell everyone I know don’t buy from your dealership you just made a worst enemy and I figure out your tactics you guys are what I call a one and done dealership someone buys a vehicle from you they get mad at you you guys are a high-pressure and guess what they go somewhere else so you just made $2000 off of that customer if you respectful polite and made them satisfied they keep on coming back their kids come back their kids come back their family and friends go so you can make a total of $50,000 off of a single person overtime but because you guys are a one and done dealership you guys make less so quit your stupid tactics and start learning that your job is to make your customer happy and satisfied pushing pressuring putting them into submission to buy even when they’re not that is uncalled for remember you are a human being Not a slave to the crappy tactics of car dealerships this is a reason why a lot of people say car salesman’s or the slumlords the lowest people of society you guys are on that list all 11 other dealers all other 10 dealerships I went to when I said I’m not in the process of buying at this moment I’m walking to evaluate different models to see what I might be interested in they never pushed or ask they did the best thing possible Kindle Ford did it which is your brother company they do it the correct way and many others I won’t mention their name but what they did is at the end of the test drive they gave me their business card and say hey when you’re ready to buy please give me a call I hope he chooses thank you that’s how you do it and they got an A+ rating from me because of that you guys get the lowest rating because you you get do it the Lithia way which is incorrect so I hope you learn from your lessons but you guys are probably not gonna care because you don’t value customers or people who walk-ins opinion so and I don’t want one of your guys his scripted oh I’m so sorry for the inconvenience message back script and messages do no good for me so take my words in consideration to start changing your tactics my goal is to help make dealership change their ways and start bailing their customers more people will come in if you go look up you guys have a lot of crappy reviews because people say you were high pressure don’t take that as a complement business that can’t satisfy their customers has is a failing company so in return you guys have failed as a business if you can’t. And also you don’t have to be concerned about it because if you get a sale the manufacture gives you a holdback I’m gonna expose a few things that are secretive you get a hold bad back there is a floor compensation thing that the manufacturer gives you to help you with for fees plus advertising and other dealer incentives and what not that you get so the customers don’t know when you knock a vehicle down 1000 under MSRP someone thinks they’re making a great deal and you guys are making much know you’re still going to make 3 to 4000 off of that vehicle it shouldn’t be about profit it should be about satisfying your customers but unfortunately you guys are just money hungry and don’t give a darn about us thank you I hope my review from my experience keep others from doing business from you More
Best car/truck buying experience ever. I am 66, and usually have 5 cars on my insurance, 20 cars purchased in my lifetime. Anthony went out of his way to work after hours to facilitate my schedule. If you hate your car, take it here! I asked for a simple tire switch and a bumper to bumper inspection. They said they would do both...didn't do the inspection even after I specifically asked for it. When I tire switch and a bumper to bumper inspection. They said they would do both...didn't do the inspection even after I specifically asked for it. When I picked it up the told me I had to schedule another appointment for the inspection and that they "might" have time for it. They couldn't even switch my tires correctly. They put the 2 more worn tires on the left side of my car instead of putting both on the rear or front. So now my car has uneven traction. I spoke to their Service Manager, Romel, and he told me to buy better tires and they don't do bumper to bumper inspections. He was very dismissive. Thanks Kendall Toyota! More
The place won't even give you the time of day, asking for $6k over MSRP for "Market Adjustment". The dude I got transferred to I could barely understand and had to repeat myself like 4 times to. $6k over MSRP for "Market Adjustment". We were in the market for a good used 4WD vehicle with low mileage. My husband originally briefly spoke with Chris Marko, but indicated it was going to be my vehicle. When we both went in to Toyota Kendal low mileage. My husband originally briefly spoke with Chris Marko, but indicated it was going to be my vehicle. When we both went in to Toyota Kendall, we waited for Chris Marko to be available, which he was very appreciative that we were willing to do that. We thoroughly enjoyed our car hunting experience with Chris, who seemed very willing to find us what we wanted. Originally, we were there to test drive the Toyota Highlander and the 4Runner, but found that my husband bumped his head getting in and out of the Highlander. Despite having less bells and whistles than the Highlander, Chris found us a beautiful 2017 4WD 4Runner with 36,700 miles. It was a much sturdier drive, although it had one issue. Being short and having arthritis (yes, we are of that retired age!), I had a harder time getting into the higher vehicle. Chris solved the problem by throwing in running boards. Despite coming in to just test drive vehicles, we were happy to have found the vehicle that met our needs. Even has a tow package, which my husband definitely loves. Chris was very helpful, patient, and immediately addressed any concerns we had. When his sales manager, Mojo, came in, it felt like the 4 of us were old friends getting together. Faith was brought into the picture and for me that was the God wink that sealed the deal! We were very pleased with the helpfulness, friendliness and special bond we felt with both Chris and Mojo, who both went above and beyond to meet our needs. And by the way, the financial guy (sorry for not remembering his name) was friendly and helpful as well. We ended up closing the place down! Mahalo Nui Loa, as they say in Hawaii! More
