I started with an Internet inquiry and had a very positive talk over the phone with Kendall customer service rep Julie Grunstrom in Oregon. All I can say is that I drove home a Toyota Prius in the right exterior color, with the right interior and more information about this new car than the other 4 I have owned. My husband and I were treated well and I have only great things to say about Anchorage Toyota and the Kendall dealership.
