The staff, especially Lewis, were not only friendly and helpful, but also very fast and efficient. Within about an hour of sending an inquiry to Kendall's email I received a response. And the same occurred after submitting my application. Lewis was on it. He was professional, thorough, and just made the process seamless. I would have to say that this was the BEST car buying experience I ever had. Not once did I feel like someone was just out to make money off of me nor did I feel pressured. Those are the kinds of things that keep me away from a dealership and not once did I feel that way with Lewis or Kendall Toyota. I have recommended Kendall Toyota and specifically Lewis to several people already and I truly wish he could be the only car salesman I ever work with. He is the best in the league and I hope his employer and supervisors realize this. Thank you Kendall Toyota and Thank you Lewis! More

We purchased a 2013 highlander limited. We wanted a trailer hitch, remote start added. The trailer hitch not in stock, a week wait time. We purchased on a saturday, the following monday i went in to purchase a hood protector and tote bag. Neither of these were in stock either. A week wait time as well. Not a real issue - would just think stock levels for items for these would be higher. Note - below i clicked we am not associated with any dealership. We purchased our vehicle at Kendall Toyota of Anchorage, Alaska. My brother does work for Toyota of Anniston Alabama in the parts department. More
I had the opportunity to take advantage of the current sales promotion when seeking a new Tundra and both Mike and Jason were very customer resoponsive, informative, and knowledgeable. I was pre approved by my credit union, told PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAKE, I truly wonder how many people this happened to, but just do not know it. I was pre approved by my credit union, told the sales man this and my husband even called in front of him to ensure we would get the paperwork needed to go close the deal with our credit union. He kept having us fill out more and more paperwork I asked numerous times why, since I already had a loan. He stated that it was just to protect us, that since 9/11, they need to. The loan was only in my name, but they wanted more information on my husband, too. He took us to Angred, who,even though I told her and Randy the salesman we wanted the loan from my credit union had me fill out over an hours worth of paperwork, she even called my credit union. I have been very sick and it was obvious to them as I was coughing, and barely have a voice. On our way home, my husband called the girl at the credit union expecting us, who didn't receive the needed paperwork, who asked if we signed a lot of paperwork. Of course the answer was yes, and she told my husband that we had closed with Kendall Toyota. Shocked and now upset, I called and spoke to the sales manager. He stated it must have been a mistake and that Angred wanted to speak to me. I called her, she assured me that there was no incentive for them to sign the loan there, that all the paper work would have had to be completed any way and that it would not have saved me anytime if I closed with my bank and that the loan was with my bank. So, I asked my credit union girl, who told me I only needed to fill out one paper at the dealership! And that when she spoke to Angred and said she was sorry for the mix up, Anged said,"no biggie,it's only 11 thousand dollars. Well it's my eleven thousand dollars and she lied about no incentive to originate the loan. I am working with the managers, but thy violated my and my husbands privacy, our faith in them and were acting with out honesty or integrity and actually even checked my credit to do this with out my permission..... Please be careful that you do not get used this way by persons with out integrity....now I worry about everything they have said..... I will update this, as they work with me to clean this up and I will put this on other forums.... More
We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and it has always been a great experience! People are friendly and Howard Castle was wonderful to work with as were the used car manager and the other used ca always been a great experience! I worked with Geoff for almost two months looking first for a used pickup truck---and then when my plans changed, he suggested I look at a new Tacoma---reasoning that used Tacoma trucks were just a bit les for a used pickup truck---and then when my plans changed, he suggested I look at a new Tacoma---reasoning that used Tacoma trucks were just a bit less than new ones---and with that in mind, Geoff and I spent a day looking and finally I found the vehicle I have been waiting to find. My 2011 Tacoma Access Cab TRD Sport is likely the best vehicle I have EVER owned!!! I love it!!
