This is by far the best, friendiest, & customer satisfying dealer i have ever worked with. We loved the respect and patients this dealer has. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the playroom for my kid as we waited. The coffee was great. The only thing missing was some hot cocoa for my son but the salesman even offered to go looking for some at the Lexus side! We decided to try the new on line negotiating tool - great idea. Everything went off without a hitch with the process. When we arrived at the dealership the car was waiting for us to test drive and a great idea. Everything went off without a hitch with the process. When we arrived at the dealership the car was waiting for us to test drive and although our initial sales rep, Lewis, was busy he sent over Russell, he was great. We waited about 10 minutes for James to do the closing paperwork, that also was streamlined and the process went very well. Out in just about an hour - great process, will recommend. More
