Tim was very friendly and pleasant to negotiate with. They were willing ot negotiate "hard" without taking offense and there was more flexibility on price than I expected. The car was detailed and delivered with a full tank of gas. It was a "loaner" car so I assume it had floormats but they were not included. Bad on me for not making sure. We concluded the deal later in the evening and they could not find the second set of keys but true to his word, Tim located them the next day and called me. I bought my car from this dealership 8 months ago. When I came back to trade-in my car for a newer model I was stunned with the insincerity I found. He got me to the point where he thought I would never say NO. I thought dealing with DEREK again was the best idea but I was very very very wrong. Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. A very personable young man who made buying a car enjoyable. Julie was awesome. She could answer every question I had. A very pleasant person who I would have to guess is one of the top employees in your company. She truly does want the customer to be happy and is very good at explaining the additional options that takes away the idea that this is just another way for the dealer to make money. I have been in sales my entire career and she is great at her job. I really wasn't going to purchase anything extra, and she not only sold it, but made me happy about purchasing it. I had three other local dealers that I had visited first and spoke with one other from the Seattle area. All happened to call me while I was at Kendall closing the deal and I let them know that I had just bought a vehicle from Kendall and it was a great experience. All they could say was thank you! More
I was very pleased with the customer service and attention to my needs as a new buyer. Both Brian and Tony were upbeat, friendly, professional, efficient, and answered all of my questions to my sat attention to my needs as a new buyer. Both Brian and Tony were upbeat, friendly, professional, efficient, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They were also flexible in accommodating me, which I really appreciated, considering I had to travel during winter from Homer (approx. 500 RT). Brian went beyond the call of duty in seeing to it that he had time for me when I arrive a whole day earlier than my appointment in order to beat the weather. I was somewhat disappointed by inaccurate information provided by their sales coordinator (Chris) who responded to my initial online inquiry and put me in touch with Sales. This resulted in some confusion, extra time, and a requote at a higher price (different vehicle). Nevertheless, my overall experience, and end result (purchase of a new 2012 RAV4) was extremely positive and I am now the happy owner of a new vehicle, which I feel that I acquired at a very fair price! I would definitely recommend Kendall Toyota, and especially Brian and Tony for their professionalism and genuine interest in the satisfaction of their customers. More

Kendall staff provided excellent customer service, starting with a simple email to the company. "Thank You" to the 3 individuals that I worked with at this facility during my purchase. My Sales Rep Dedrick Pouncy, Sales Manager Travis Palmer, and in finance James Leitch. All three did a gr with at this facility during my purchase. My Sales Rep Dedrick Pouncy, Sales Manager Travis Palmer, and in finance James Leitch. All three did a great job to help us reach our goals and as quickly as possible. They all worked so hard for us; It was refreshing. I really appreciate that I was able to do some of the work by phone. My time is valuable and purchasing a vehicle is a timely adventure. I have others to buy so the speedier the process, the better. I had been to other competitors' lots that afternoon including various used car lots, and I have to say that this was the only facility that I felt comfortable. It was the first time that afternoon that we didn't feel like "shark bait." Spending and exorbitant amount of money is nerve racking to begin with, but it's a easier when you feel comfortable and in good hands while you're doing so. There is a level of knowledge, respect and class that this facility and crew have, and I like that. Dedrick made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. He provided me a cubical/office to work in while we waited for finance, assisted us in finding a restaurant that delivers food, and kept that conversation going with my daughter and I to help pass the time. When it came time to leave with our vehicle, he did the most thorough inspection of the car both visually and mechanically. We left knowing how to operate every feature the vehicle had. That was long but very much appreciated today. We feel fortunate that he was standing outside when we pulled into your lot that afternoon, and I still receive calls from Dedrick checking up on us and our new addition to our garage. The Service Department is amazing, but I have always known the excellence that that department delivers. When I bought my 2006 4-Runner, many years ago, I have consistently made the 100 mile round trip to have the maintenance done at this facility, even the oil changes. I know I can count on what the work they deliver and the staff is wonderful. A big thumbs up to the staff at Kendall, and when I buy another Toyota I will definitely come back to this facility to do so. However, I really hope to have the same line-up with Dedrick as my Sales Rep, Travis working the deal for me, and James on the finance and warranty end of my purchase. Thank you again Kendall for a job well done! More
